I had a call from Steve,
Travel Goals UK
who contacted me shortly after my review was posted.
Steve wanted to know in detail the points I raised in my review.
With the aim of improving the experience for others who choose to travel with Travel Goals UK.
I was left with the impression that Travel Goals UK, truly cares about its customers and will act where possible to improve the experience to make your dream holiday come true.

My experience of a recent trip to Japan for 15 nights which included Tokyo,Kanazawa,Hiroshima,
Kyoto and Osaka.
Spending three nights in each location.
Cathy Pacific was the air line used.
Transport between cities was by Shinkansan.
Each city included a day trip to see places of interest.
Simple improvements would have greatly improve the star rating...
DO NOT DO A REVIEW UNTIL YOUR TRIP HAS BEEN COMPLETED.
I requested a hard copy of the itineraries two copies arrived but the format and font size made reading much harder to follow than it should have been.
2 Flying from Heathrow to Hong Kong with 50 min before the next flight to Narita Japan.
I checked the flight arrival times to Hong Kong and found 20% where delayed by more than a hour.
I highlighted this before travelling and was told it's an easy transfer and will not be a problem it was.
When you arrive in Hong Kong you need to pass security and customs before progressing to your transfer flight
The flight from London arrived late we then missed the adjoining flight to Narita
Cathy put us on the next flight.
But to a different airport.
We had transport arranged from Haneda to our first Hotel.
We dropped a WhatsApp to Robert who rearranged a new pick from are new destination.
Unfortunately Cathy did not load all our luggage so had a suitcase back in London.
We had a private taxi waiting while we filled out forms before we could clear customs at 23:00 we had a call from the waiting driver who said he was about to leave without additional payment which was agreed arriving at our Hotel at 02:00 am .
This could have been less stress full simply by allowing extra time for the connecting flight.
The baggage was the fault of Cathy.
The Hotels were convenient but the 3* rating where questionable.
The tickets for the Shinkansan was a QR code and a series of numbers that generated the reserved tickets failed on all but the last train ride that had the QR code correctly printed with seat numbers.
The prearranged trips
The last trip took us back to areas we had already seen apart from the visit to Nara Park
The trip home we could not select the seats of our choice as we had purchased the tickets from a travel goals.
My wife and I where seated in different parts of the aircraft.

Excellent service from start to finish! This is our second time trip. Joanne did her absolute best to organise our holiday perfectly. She was efficient, helpful, and very reliable. I highly recommend Joanne to anyone planning a trip!

Travel Goals arranged our 15 days South Korea and Japan Tour. From flights to hotel accommodations, train and bulletin train transfers. We are four senior citizens travelling together. I like that the travel advisor Robert Miller do check on us if we are OK or if we need support. Every place we went to were inspirational and educational. The only challenge we encountered were the vague descriptions of the meeting point for the excursions. Asking information from local people were difficult because of the language barrier. But over all it was a wonderful experience. Thumbs up to Travel Goals.

We had such an amazing experience booking our honeymoon to Mauritius with Mason from Travel Goal's. Everything was organised so smoothly, from the hotel to transfers, which made the whole trip completely stress-free.

They really got what we were looking for and put together something that suited us perfectly. Communication was great the whole way through and we always felt looked after.

Would 100% recommend, especially if you’re planning a honeymoon or special trip.

My only criticism the second hotel was very dated,not that clean although the staff are amazing.

I used Travel Goals UK to book a 4day trip to Milan Red Train to St Mortiz for seven people 3rdApril to 6thApril 2026.
My first time useing this company, I can't praise them enough.
From when first booked in Oct 2025, Mealine Hayes kept me informed every step off the way & made the whole process so easy. Every went so smoothly from start to finish.
My friends & I had a great experience & highky recomnend it.

We've not been on our trip to Japan yet, but we are very impressed with Travel Goals so far. Joanne has been brilliant helping us put together our itinerary - she really took on board our requirements/preferences, has great attention to detail and has been very responsive.

I made contact with the company to get a quote and help going to China. Agent Robert was absolutely outstanding throughout our interaction by remaining professional and interested in getting out planned holiday exactly the way i wanted. He went up and beyond finding dates for my itinerary how I wanted it. First, he found a trip for me and my daughter. Unfortunately, I had to travel alone, he went back without any signs of being angry or unhappy of my fuss and found a great cheap itinerary only for me. It didn’t work for me, I had to arrange all the transport needed in china by myself which I found a bit overwhelming for a single female in a big country, I was scared of the outcome and what to expect. Brilliant communication via emails and calls. He even found a flight to Vietnam for me 😍

I've just returned from a 2 week holiday to Japan booked via Joanne @ Travel Goals UK and wanted to leave a review. From initial contact Joanne was extremely helpful tailoring the trip to our needs and giving us a variety of accommodation and travel options to choose from. All were competitively priced and we were extremely happy with the service provided and given the confidence to proceed with the booking, even though we had no prior knowledge of the company. The holiday itself was amazing and everything ran like clockwork. Hotel locations were ideal and they were all of a good standard. All travel, trips and transfers included in the package were also excellent. I would like to take this opportunity to thanks Joanne & Travel Goals UK and recommend them to anyone booking a tailored holiday package where specialist advice and assistance is extremely important.

We had the most amazing holiday to South Korea and Japan, all organised by Melanie at Travel Goals. Everything was planned in the perfect order so we could settle straight in with no sleep issues. Our hotels were mostly in business areas, which meant brilliant transport links and great quality stays. Some rooms were compact, especially in Tokyo, but the thoughtful extras like facemasks, pyjamas and breakfast every day made them feel really special. The price point was fantastic and Melanie was so responsive to every query. I’m so happy we booked through her and highly recommend mentioning Melanie when you get in touch.
