Easy to use to book a trip to the States. Would recommend to anyone who’s moving has a busy schedule and haven’t got time to search through thousands of flights and hotels

TravelJoy has been a real game-changer for my business, especially for the members of my team here in Quebec. Even though we’re a francophone agency, I’ve invested the time to translate most of the forms and maximize the platform’s tools for our clients. Spending the time at the front end to personalize the various forms and templates results in hours saved every week in free hand emails to clients. Credit Card authorizations, Terms and conditions, Intake forms- to name a few of my most used forms and email links. The platform is visually appealing to work on and I found any questions were promptly addressed by the Travel Joy team. Highly recommend this for Travel advisors at any stage of your career!

If you are a Travel Professional and you need a CRM to run your business, Travel Joy is the absolute best. When I tell you I do EVERYTHING using Travel Joy. My business is presented as more professional, I create itineraries, send out proposals, collect payments, keep notes, send emails, collect information. My day starts and ends with Travel Joy. I am so grateful for a tool like this.

I Love Love Love Travel Joy. Their platform keeps me well organized with handling my client's travel, especially large groups and the task list keeps me on task. They have wonderful and very quick responsive customer service and they listen to any suggestions we may have. I oftentimes have seen suggestions I have personally made implemented. I've used other travel crms and find Travel Joy to be the best and have been using them for many years now. Travel Joy is indeed a JOY to use.

I've used TravelJoy for over 5 years now, and can't imagine running my travel agency without it. Everything is in it - it IS my office. All of their customer service is via chat\email. That would be my only complaint. However they are fast to fix anything that is wrong. There are other products out there to do what TravelJOY does however, I couldn't see myself leaving this all in one tool, because they do it so well.

2. Ease of Use: The platform is user-friendly, making it accessible even for those with limited technical knowledge.
3. Recommendation: While it’s great overall, I’d love to see the commission tracking accommodate for those agencies that not only have ICs but a host as well.
4. Privacy Concerns: I am still not sure about the PCI compliant protocols for Direct Payments and Virtual Cards. I have yet to get the attestations we requested.

In summary, TravelJoy is a valuable tool for travel professionals, and I recommend it for its efficiency and convenience.

Our agency was one of the first to come on board... Big risk, right?! NOPE, would do it again at 3 times the price! We have not been disappointed!!!!
The growth of features = STILL growing. The customer service = Stellar and still is. The time saving is HUGE for a small business! The TJ team has not slowed down on growing the product, listening to agencies comments and "wish list".
Having everything from statements (billing), to contact info of clients and vendors, to commission, the new consumer app is growing in features too!
We tried other similar programs before finding Travel Joy. SO glad we found them!!!! DO IT!
