Is this a scam?
I finally found a flight and price I was happy with! Unfortunately, that was not to be. I received a call and email within minutes of completing the booking only to be told the price I wanted was unavailable, but if I pay an addition $200, I could move up to the main cabin! Then, the representative tried to use pressure tactics about how flights are selling fast! No thank you.

I am trying to be polite by giving 2 stars, but have to agree with the negative comments. This was definitely a bait and switch. The old saying "if it seems too good to be true, chances are it is" applies here. After booking on the advertised price, I received a call the next day, telling me the seats were not available at the price advertised, and was quoted a new price of an additional $100.00 per ticket. Very disappointing. I should have listened to the reviews of others who said the same happened to them.I have used 3rd party bookers many times in the past,with no issue, this was the first time having this experience. Live and learn.

They are truly the worst company to book with I booked an airline with them and had to change my ticket immediately. They would not answer their telephones I had multiple numbers! I had to rebook through another travel agent!

Don't be fooled by the positive reviews. I like to believe in people and companies but don't get hoodwinked like me!!!
Booked a flight yesterday. They called me like 2 hours after, I missed the call. They called me back today and told me I had booked "basic economy" even though their website only listed Economy, and that all the basic economy seats were filled so I had to upgrade to Economy. THAT IS FALSE ADVERTISING ON THEIR WEBSITE FOR BOOKING "ECONOMY". Then I went on the airline website and it shows the flight STILL HAD SEATS AVAILABLE in basic economy and he asked me to check the price (it'll obviously cost more than their price), but the price was the same as yesterday (the day I booked my flight)! THEN I went on their website and he claims they are different and better than all other 3rd party website blah blah blah and THEY HAD 7 SEATS LEFT FOR 'ECONOMY' on the same flight and same price that I had booked!!!!!!!!!! This irked me like crazy because THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! Then he said Oh it's because other 3rd party sites filled up with spots already - again another LIE and then his next excuse was we don't communicate with our marketing team to update the website - MORE BS! Then he proceeded to get aggressive on the phone as I voiced my concerns.
I've booked on other 3rd party websites before and never had an issue! Read all the 1 star reviews. They are all true. These people like to do a BAIT AND SWITCH. if the offer looks to good to be true - IT IS.
My reservation was cancelled and needless to say, I will be reporting them to the BBB (Better Business Bureau) and anywhere else I can!

Skeptical user, gave it a try
Don't bother booking online, just call and get one of the agents to give you their price. They have access to some discounted flights at times and it saved me quite a bit of money. I was skeptical at first, but decided if it was a scam I would just report it on my card.
I talked with Jake and he was super patient, very helpful and called me several times throughout the booking. Got the confirmation the next day and have it showing up now on my Delta app. All is good and this really is legit.

BE AWARE! Don't book here. They Call you to tell you the price is not available and offer another more expensive. VERY DISAPPOINTED!
I spoke with the sales representative SOL SANCHEZ, who was very polite and asked her to speak with a supervisor, she told me that at that time they were not available, however they would contact me later in the day. No one contacted me that day. The next day I sent an email again requesting to speak with a supervisor, they responded that someone would contact me later that day. Again, no one contacted me that day. I wasted 3 days in all this, which cost me dearly when it came to getting a ticket with another company.
The company should adjust their system so to not advertise fares when they are not available, so they don't create false expectations. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND ENERGY.
