My experience was very good. We worked through many flights to find the right one for my budget. I was very happy with the deal that I received.

Brian was super helpful. The process takes a LONG time but he did help me find a decent deal. I would like to actually travel with these tickets before completing this review but I will update it after we travel. For now, I am giving 4 stars but without any mishaps in our travel, I will update this to a five-star review.

Customer service representative was very helpful and professional.

Booked a flight on Internet. Booked was Pending. They reached out to me and said they sold out for the price they offered. The new price was 4 times the amount I booked for. I cancelled the booking! Not interested in ever doing business with them!

DO NOT GIVE YOUR INFO TO VOYAGE CREATORS INC/ TRAVELODADDY!! ITS A SCAM AND THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MINEY AND TRY TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY!!!

Hopefully I’m saving someone a lot of money and the hassle of having to shut down your debit/ credit card and file a claim with your bank and wait to get your money back which I absolutely did!! There were multiple red flags but because I know airfarewatchdog.com to be legit, against my better judgement, I still gave them my info!
They acted like I was getting booked on a flight, pulled out the money immediately but couldn’t give me the itinerary and tried to get me to send my id card, passport, debit card and bank account information to them!!! They said Delta needed all that info and I couldn't check into the flight without it, which hopefully you realize like I did at that point that I got scammed!! To start from the beginning, just like the other reviews that say this is a scam I kept booking flights and would get a call back saying it was no longer available so I would just hang up. Well I decided to call them and just have them book it on the phone so I didn’t continue to have that problem and so we could get an approved, booked flight immediately and it sounded sketchy all the way through but I continued against my better judgement. My mom and I have used airfarewatchdog.com multiple times. It’s a website that compares a bunch of third party sellers and finds you the best rate. Well when I went on there and clicked on the “jetcost” option and I found the flight I wanted and called the number. Once I got connected, the guy said he had to call me back two different times because he “couldn’t hear me” and he couldn’t get me on the flight I picked but he found another one similar and a good cost so I said let’s book it. They pulled the money out immediately and told me to check over my documents via email to make sure names, DOB and everything were correct. I told him “It says 2 adults and I told you it was 1 adult and 1 kid”, and he said “Oh, we’ll that doesn’t matter”.. okay, weird, it definitely does matter but whatever.. Next, he said “Do the DOB match?” I said, “Actually our DOBs aren’t on here”. He stumbled over his words saying, “Oh, I meant for you to check your passport or ID or some kind of government document to make sure your DOB is correct”… “How weird?!” I thought, but at that point he already had my card and personal information so I responded saying, “Umm, I know mine and my sounds DOB, it isn’t something I need to double check”. Next, he said that I would need to email him a copy of my Id, passport, Debit card and bank info! I asked him why he needed that and he said he needed it so there would be no issues checking into my flight at the airport. I told him I’ve NEVER had to give that before and he said it’s because we’re a third party vendor. Complete SCAM!! At that point I said something isn’t right and I called my mom and sent her the info including the INVOICE they sent me! LOL Airlines don’t send you an “Invoice” to complete which they did and we contacted my bank and realized it was a SCAM. I got my money back immediately from my bank but I was so pissed because normally, I smell their pathetic excuse for an existence ass a mile away but it could have been a lot worse and I know this has been the situation for others! I could have not realized it immediately and not been able to get the charge reversed letting too much time pass and being completely out of luck the day I was suppose to get on a plane with my 10 year old son to bring him to his Dads for the summer so I really hope this stops the next person from doing any business with travelodaddy, voyage creators INC and at this point even airfarewatchdog.com because clearly their site has been cyber attacked and hacked. The company that stole the money and scammed me though was travelodaddy doing business as voyage creators INC! When you hear that it’s a middle eastern person, HANG UP! DONT GIVE THEM YOUR INFO!!!

And to the company, don’t even think about leaving a response saying I’m so sorry for your experience and please contact us blah blah blah. My legal team and bank is coming after you pathetic POS’s! 😊

I was having an awful day when I called for an airline reservation. This gentleman by the name of Sam Dawson help me out and he told me that they were having problems processing the payment because the bank would not accept the request to process the payment. In my confusion I totally forgot that I had to call the bank and when I remembered several hours I don't know how many had already passed. My brother passed away in Puerto Rico and like I said initially I haven't had a a good day at all. I called the bank to find out if they had process of payment and they said no. So I called travel old daddy again and spoke to Sam Dawson. At the time I called the flight that I had booked it already been canceled by the airline. Sam was kind enough to help me out into booking another flight and staying on the phone with me until I was able to get the bank to process the payment this was passed it's time to go home and I am very very grateful to him for his kindness and professionalism. You need more people like Sam. César Roque

Do not trust the automated reviews. This website IS a scam, the too good to believe prices ARE too good to believe. When you book a flight, your flight is not actually confirmed. The next day, they will contact you and say that the class you selected is now sold out, and will offer you “an amazing deal” on business class or main cabin. They will then most likely proceed to call you multiple times after you hang up on them trying to charge you more money than you originally agreed to paid. Website needs to be shut down.

Both John and Levi were awesome! So pleasant to work with! They made sure all my questions were answered and gave me very professional service! Kudos to them for being so resourceful, kind and thoughtful!

My experience has been more than great!!!!

My mom handed me the phone to make sure the flight was booked within her expectations and let me tell you guys..Levi made sure I understood every steps of the booking process by repeating as much as I needed EVERYTHING!

I've never experienced such professional and reassuring customer service as the one Levi provided. He's VERY PATIENT and understanding of the langage barrier at times (me being from Quebec and French being my first langage).

Levi went the extra mile on every steps of the process with me and i can't say it enough, I'm truly thankful!

We booked and confirmed everything together and Levi stayed with me on the phone for 1h30!!!

NO CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES THAT...EVER!!!

I can only rate 5 stars on this survey, but if it was up to me, I'd give 10 stars!

TOTALLY RECOMMANDED!!!

At fist they send you an email that its pending.. not a confirmation email and they give you a call to check the availability of the flights! It felt weird because we didnt get the confirmation right away but Levi was super nice and made me feel safe with the transaction! It took 48 hrs and the flights were booked! The price was a bit higher then the previous ones but if we count the seat selections plus the bags fees included it was still a better deal then anywhere else!
They also ask you for id ( just the names no numbers) that too felt weird but hey they already had the CC so!

When reading the 1 star reviews you question yourself but read further all the other ones are good!

Everything was MORE THEN OK!

If I could give these scammers a negative zero star I would!!! They are a scam. Spoke with Sky Watson or whatever his name is and he says the “promotion rate” is xyz then looks and says the “real” cost is double than what their site stated. How am I booking at a promotion rate then try to get scammed into paying double? Where’s the promotion? None the less I cancelled and will be reporting to BBB and attorney general

This was my first time using this platform to buy a plane ticket. I thought I had found a great deal, but after calling customer service, I was told that my price was actually double. I felt that the website was extremely misleading!!! However, Levi helped as much as he could. He was extremely friendly, patient, dependable and courteous..

You think you're booking your flight they have on their site for a certain amount. Then you call to verify it and they tell you it's all sold out! That they can upgrade you to the next level of the cabin. Initial cost 69.00 his offer over 800.00 but can give me a discount so it would be 327.00! What a joke. I know it isn't sold out because I see that flight and seat section on other sites! What a joke this is! Don't trust this 3rd party site for the price they quote you on the page.😡
