Davis was very effective in checking for prices, getting me the best price available and then booking it. He promptly called the next day to confirm the tickets and reviewed the details on e-ticket that I needed to know for my travel. Appreciate all your help!

This is the biggest BAIT AND SWITCH scam out there. I am giving a 5* review because people booking flights need to see this. YOU WILL NOT GET ANY PRICE THEY ADVERTISE -- and rely on pushing sales people to get you to buy marked up tickets.

I have reported them to the NY State Attorney Generals office on Consumer Affairs.

Stay away -- DO NOT BOOK.

- I did not like that I was billed a price on the fare I was offered based on my trip prior knowing the true cost of the fare. I ended up paying over $ 250 over of the cost of the trip leg they booked for me. Kind of high for fees or whatever it is. With that being said, the price I paid was well below the current fare price offered in others site including the airline! I did all dealings via phone. Connecting with them was not straight forward as the calls were disconnected a few times due no response. For full transparency in the business operation, this can be improved.
- As a highlight, once the phone call went through, the service was excellent, courteous, friendly and empathetic. The representative (Brian) was attentive to my needs and wants, and even followed up with a call to help me clarify any doubts.
- They have a very good system to make the payments on your own via e-billing/e-payment while in the call with them. Not sure what is the real need for asking a copy of an ID and of the face of the CC showing the same name. They claimed is to help avoid scams. With the system they have/use, not sure this is really needed. This together with the quoting/billing, is what get me to give the 3 star rating.

TRAVEL AGENT PAUL WAS KNOWLEDLEDGEBLE AND KIND DURING THE PURCHASE OF THE TICKET. HE TRIED TO FIND A LOW FARE AS THE TRIP IS TO ATTEND TO A FUNERAL AND IT IS PURCHASED AT LAST MINUTE ON A SUDDEN.

Very helpful got me a good deal on a round trip flight

The only thing I didn’t like was when I submitted the booking it went into “pending” and so when I got ahold of them the price increased and than had to wait 24 more hours to confirm my ticket. It was really weird but it all worked out and was cheaper compared to other sites. Sky Watson really helped to with this process and answered all my questions.

I do not like the misleading advertising, I did not get the price I initially bought, but Davis worked diligently to get me another great prices which is still half the price that the airlines are offering now, so I’m happy about that, and he kept calling me to make sure I got his E-Mails and was satisfied with everything completely!!

booking ID -FFD1666799965- I completely agree with the other 1 star given, they have the ability to update this website as to what is available or not, and if not then get out of the airline reservation business. When you locate your desired itinerary and enter your credit card and all your personal information "No" you have not purchased your ticket you just provided someone into your personal space and who knows whomever else. Never again...and always using a CREDIT CARD, never your personal debit card.....
