Our flight was cancelled by KQ and…
Our flight was cancelled by KQ and neither was the agent nor ourselves sent any cancellation email. However Travel and Travel did what they could to get us the next flight to our destination in the shortest time possible . We still await for a refund from KQ as Travels and Travels representative Simon is pushing for it. That’s the only reason I haven’t given a 5* but his customer service and making sure we onboard deserves a 5* 👍👍

Simon is my go-to guy for tickets. He always manages to get me the best deal with great payment plans.
