I have never gave a review before but I must say the service I received from the Travel Visa Agency was excellent, was told how the process will work,all emails answered quick and professionally and when you pay money over the internet and send your passport in the post you have a little bit of nerves but no need,once money paid email confirmation, passport email confirmation received. I will be using this service again

Applied for Mongolian Visa for myself and my wife (From Ireland). Elena from Travel Visa Agency helped us with the process. She was very clear about the requirements, process, and we kept emailing back and forth about my doubts about a few requirements, and she actually checked and verified them for me.
The process of sending the passports to her was clean, and she applied to the embassay immidiately. The passports were sent back to us the next day of receiving the visa from the embassy. She also confirmed the address before sending (and that helped in fixing a small mistake in the address). Responsible attitude, very patient, quality service delivered.
