FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD
Initially, I agreed to pay $790 for a plane ticket… They then called me and told me that if I wanted to keep my plane ticket, I would have to pay double the original price. I refused, and that’s when they charged me an additional $200 in non-refundable fees.
This situation feels highly misleading and unfair. Based on my experience, I strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this agency, as their practices raise serious concerns.

They booked round trip flight for me at a discounted price and charged my card double
Dominic promised i'd be refunded and not to worry
After months of them promising me refunds I had to deal with it myself
Delta refunded part of the overbooking
I had to cancel my credit card and have credit card company refund the rest of the excess
charges
They book flights during cheaper travel time then try to change flights bought as unchangeable causing double bookings and non refundable fees
They might quote you a cheap price but they double charge you're card and leave you hanging to sort it out on your own
Stay away!!

Do not use these scammers they are probably not even based in the US. Not accredited under the BBB. They made us pay for tickets to Los Cabo’s telling us tickets will be issued later and we never received them. Upon contacting them they said the flights are full and we have to take another option which they never gave us. We are now stuck trying to buy new tickets. They threw us to the curb like we aren’t humans. Stay away!

I spoke with Alfred Davis to get our plane tickets. He got the tickets at a price we could afford. He sent us emails with the boarding passes for the going and return passes. He even sent me a text message asking if we had a good trip. He was very polite to me.

Thought I booked a flight, but then got a call that the flight was not available for that price. They offered me the same fight for 2,5 times the amount. Feels like a scam.

The experience I had with Enrique Martinez was excellent. I always recommend him.
