Travomint you beauty!

I booked a ticket for me and my family. We are a big family of around 7. People including of all age groups. These guys not only helped me book the tickets but also select seats and meals as per my preference. They don't charge you extra for the humble customer support they provide. Always coming back to book more and more. Thank you.

Disastrous experience

I purchased plane tickets through this platform, and I have never had such a bad experience when booking flights. The tickets only appeared a long time after the purchase, and when I tried to contact customer service, no one was able to speak French properly.

On top of that, it was completely impossible to add a checked bag: no option in the app, no answer by phone, and no response by email. As a result, I will have to pay the full price at the airport counter. It’s simply unacceptable.

Bait and switch

Take payment then call you saying tickets sold out, then upselling or bait and switch. Plus you don't get your refund right away so can't rebook with a legit vendor.

Cheaters- Didn't refund the amount-Rs.18465

NOT RECOMMENDED

I actually read all the review and even search it diligently. However, I still try to avail their airfare as it is more competitive than the other. After booking a flight with them, it's been 4 hours as I have not receive any confirmation email which is different from others that it is immediate.

No wonder they don't send the confirmation as I called them, they said the airlines rejected it as the amount went up.

Ridiculous, I have requested for a refund, I thought once you have paid the airlines, the amount will be locked in for you and it will be confirmed shortly.

Not a good experience for 1st time user. Please do not use this website to book a flight specifically

I would have preferred 0 stars …

Edit #2 It has been almost a week since they said they wanted to help. Within minutes, I respinded with the information they requested...6 days later still NOTHING.

I would have preferred 0 stars as an option. This is THE worst company EVER! From.start to.finish Alex and Chris were HUGE disappointments. I thought I had been scammed when I purchased my tickets online for a divorce trip to Hawai'i. Turns out after all was said and done Travomint controlled the return trip from Honolulu booked on Alaskan through Hawai'ian. After suffering a serious injury I had to take a leave of absence from.work and cancel my trip. Delta was amazing but Hawai'ian told me I had to go through Travomint to handle the refund. Travomint assured me they would take care of it. They did NOT take care of it. They did NOTHING. The only update I received was from the airline to let me know the flight time had changed. I am.pretty sure Chris and Alex run the company out of their bedroom in India. What a CRAP company. Avoid at all costs!
Edit:Ok. So they said [publicly] that they want to assist me with the refund and resolve the issue. Let's see. I responded with the information they asked for immediately upon seeing their response 4 hours ago. So far no email to me directly. We shall see if they mean it or they just responded publicly to save face.

Warning: Travomint Scam

This agency deceived me as I booked a trip to India with family. After full payment was made, they suddenly demanded extra money ( quite significant amount), claiming the airline increased the fare — something never shown at checkout. When I pointed out that other agencies were charging far less and even sent them the comparisons, they still pressured me to pay more.

When I refused and requested a cancellation, they did not agree — leaving me with no choice but to pay the additional amount they demanded. Worst experience ever.

I later discovered many others reporting the same issue with Travomint — they are literally minting money by putting families in a position where they have no option. To make matters worse, their Dubai and Australia contact numbers are not genuine, making it impossible to reach them directly.

Unprofessional. Deceptive. Thuggish. Save yourself the stress and book with a reputable agency instead.

Worst travel agency. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Of all my travels, only this agency had the audacity to increase my airfare after I had already settled full payment. Imagine checking out, paying in full, and then receiving a WhatsApp message telling you to pay extra because the airline supposedly increased the price, why wasn’t that reflected in my final bill at checkout?

I requested cancellation since the added charge made them far more expensive than other agencies. They agreed to cancel, but afterwards completely ignored me. To this day, no tickets have been issued and no refund has been processed.

Untrustworthy. Unprofessional. Absolutely not recommended. Better to book with other known agencies than risk this one.

Waste of time

Such a waist of time they were with me on the call for 2 hours and I had work such a waste of time after I gave them all the passenger information they told me there was no more seats even though they told me that they have preserved the seats after they said there’s no more it’s a scam website. Would never trust or go with them waist of time.

Bait and switch

The website listed a price and time to complete, along with inclusion of carry on and 1 checked bag per ticket. After completing the transaction we got several calls, starting the flight doesn't include baggage, and to pay an additional $500 because of some error putting the blame on us despite being listed during the booking. We have pictures of the booking, the details, and payment completion, and had a very rude customer agent deny any wrong doing. When asking to be sent the agent notes in writing if there dis-service from the call they outright refused, and cancelled everything.
This is fraud, and bait and switch. The Price listed and paid online is a contract you failed to honor

Pathetic Service provided by Travomint

I had very bad experience coordinating with Travomint with my booking. They took 2 days and were saying - you can talk directly to Airlines. Lastly they asked me to cancel the ticket and book new one.

I am writing to express my profound disappointment and frustration with what has been, without a doubt, my worst booking experience to date. It is utterly unacceptable that after the initial booking process, your company seemingly "backs off," leaving customers feeling abandoned and their concerns unaddressed.
