I received my order on time which was a good start. The product actually does what it claimed to do and it has improved my bunions a lot. Others have noticed too so that was nice to hear! I would recommend this product!

I have only been using this brace about 2 weeks, but already feel relief. I have worked retail for almost 50 years with flat feet! The stretch takes much of the cramping I experience at the end of s long day away!

The Treatmeady 4 in 1 massager is a multi modal treatment for debilitating knee osteoarthritis, with bone on bone pain. I use it twice daily and in conjunction with intra articular PRP/HA injections ( x 3 ) , i have had significant relief for my chronic knees. I am far more active, can do most things I want to ( stand up paddle board, golf, yoga, cycling etc ). Life is good.

I am wearing these everyday with hopes that it fixes my problem

I used the neckmedy for about a week (with little effect, positive or negative), until I felt a weird tingling on the left side of my heart. I tried it again the next day with the same weird feeling. I stopped using it because I was so scared!

Although ordering the product was easy, returning it was frustrating, bureaucratic, inefficient, and unsympathetic.

When I first wrote for a refund, explaining why, he said he'd have to check with the team for the process. What?!? No concern about this product affecting my heart??? No set process for easy returns???

Then he offered my half a refund to keep the product, never saying anything about what it did to my heart. I would never use the product again and don't want to give a potentially dangerous product to anyone else. He finally gave me an address to send it to with the instructions that everything had to be included, of course, and that there couldn't be any fingerprints, which is weird.

After sending it back and providing the tracking number, I had to follow up again and then finally got my refund.

So, this neckmedy is a potentially dangerous product and it's a company with weak customer service skills, but I'm glad they honored their money-back guarantee.

Their response below is the first hint of sympathy that they have shown in my case, so I think it is just PR and damage control, but not sincere. Also, they didn't explain why they don't have a simple return process.

I ordered the bunion device and it came promptly. I tried it right away and it did move the big toe back toward the other toes. The next day, my toe was a little sore so I waited a few days to try again. I’m sure I left it on too long the first day. The next time, I left it on for an hour and that worked well. I will continue to use it. It’s easy to have it on when watching tv or reading. I think it takes awhile before you see improvement in reducing the bunion, but I think it’s possible.

Helps relax the muscles & helps the pain

I have been using the knee massager over the last 5 weeks and have had big improvements with less pain. I have been using it on both knees three times a day. I wish tough, that the charging cord would be longer and included a plug.

Ordering was easy, it did take a while to receive the Bunion Fix, but it is working great, I have no pain in my foot, wear it every night, much cheaper & easier then have I g surgery!

Anyone with a bunion should definitely buy one of these gadgets. Being honest i didnt have much hope when i ordered mine, as ive tried so many other things. Im now on about week three and can see and feel the difference already. My big toe no longer hurts the toe next it which is amazing. Also when my foot is elevated the bad foot looks not much different from the good. Dont get me wrong, the bunion is still there, but now i do have hope that with another weeks it may be on the way to gone.

I have been using the Treatmedy bunion corrector for about a month and a half. At first I could only handle about 30 mins a night. It was quite sore after using. Then a few weeks in it started to not hurt anymore and my bunion is looking better, less prominent. Now I can use for over 3 hours and no pain. For the record I had a rt foot bunion that I did surgery on 13 years ago and have a pin still in my toe and my foot shape is strangely flat where the bone was shaved. I know will not need surgery for this foot because of Treatmedy! Very happy!

I really like my knee Treatmedy. I use it almost every morning and sometimes at night. I have bone on bone in my left knee. It hurts lot but I don't want surgery.My knees feel better after I use it.

I wore the device according to the instructions for a few weeks before I started noticing increased swelling and increased pain in the foot with the bunion. I stopped wearing it but I believe that some damage was done to my foot as I am now in excruciating pain. I have been fighting for over a week with the company to try and get a refund according to their 100% satisfaction guarantee but every time they email me they tried to offer me a portion of the amount paid as a refund, telling me that I can keep the device instead of having a full refund. Obviously I don't want the device because it is causing injury to my foot, and I just want a refund. I would not recommend this device and I would not recommend dealing with this company.

The information provided about products is very helpful and accurate. The bunion correctors are certainly helping me, although I expect it to be a very slow process. On my experience I would definitely recommend them.
