This is worst company ever dealt with. They ignore calls, voice messages and emails. They act like scammers.

I ordered 2 oak trees advertised as 1.5m to 1.8m tall.
What arrived was 25 much smaller oak trees.
I have no understanding how 25 small slow growing trees is similar or equivalent to 2 large trees.
25 oaks that would eventually grow to 20-40m and live for up to 1000 years. That’s a woodland! Ridiculous.

I’m writing this because i ordered a wild service tree from the tree shop, but unfortunately when it arrived it was dead due to poor delivery conditions, the tree shop advertised that if there was any problems with the tree,that they would replace it free of charge and true to their word they did exactly that,the replacement is growing well and budding up nicely so thank you very much. Very poor service. I ordered a number of trees listed as available on the site and the money was taken from my account. Customer service got in touch the next day to say that the trees actually weren't available and that the transaction would be voided, no problem.

As the transaction is a 'Pre-authorized' payment my bank need an email from them with some very basic information, basically saying they won't be claiming the money and so the bank can release it. Despite two emails treeshop seemingly can't be bothered to provide this information, meaning my money is locked up for a month before it automatically releases.

£70 may be nothing to some, but it isn't to me and the service shown here has been very poor. If the trees aren't in stock, don't list them on the website, and if mistakes are made no problem, but at least help your customers with some basic information to get their money released?

I certainly won't be using this site again and would not recommend them either.

From start to finish of my transaction Lorraine at Tree Shop could not have been more helpful.
All my enquiries were answered and my order arrived in really good condition. I have to say the packaging of my little trees was so good and protected all the new little shoots.
I would definitely order again if I need anything else.

Split order from 2 months ago. Second half of dispatch was hedging plants delayed by ‘roadworks’; promised to send ‘overnight delivery’ for today still not here. Apparently tomorrow. Had paid manual help to plant hedge to get them in the ground before I go away on business for 10 days. Plants are still not here. Expensive, shambolic, offhand and unbelievably frustrating. Will never use again

I have just received a beautiful healthy Lilac from the Tree Shop. This is my third order from them. Earlier this year I ordered 19 little trees to make a hedge. Ordering, service & delivery excellent. I did look at other sites and found the Tree Shop best on choice and price. It would be difficult to beat the quality too.
Would thoroughly recommend planting as many trees as you can and the Tree Shop is a good place to chose them.

Last year I gave one star because over half the the trees I brought were in such a poor state and their initial response to my complaint was so poorly handled.

They reached out after my review and this year the trees have been replaced (free of charge) and additional trees brought. All were of good quality. I hope last year was a blip (may be a knock on from COVID disruptions). I have therefore given them the benefit of the doubt and deleted my previous review without being asked.

I just hope the quality remains hight from now on.

I am so grateful to Tree Shop for going above and beyond their duty - accommodating me, even though it was an out-of-season request. The trees arrived safely packaged and in beautiful condition, just when they were predicted. All done with so much patience and kindness.

Dreadful communication...
First I was told (after almost two weeks) that product wasn't available.
I took up the alternative offer (60th birthday celebration tree) but then - was told they were unable to deliver to my location due to paperwork issues.
1. Didn't they know this from the start? If so why wasn't this clearly flagged up on the site or during the ordering process?
2. Did I call their bluff with my alternative order?_
3. Why don't they get the paperwork, if they are professional?
4. The slowness of initial response now means that I'm pretty much stuck for buying that special tree for that special occasion.
5. I've been promised an immediate refund which I'm looking forward to receiving.

Our company has bought a mixture of trees and their tree guards and stakes over a number of years numbering in the hundreds. Never let us down yet. Competitive prices, easy to order. No problem to contact if any changes required. All in all a great service, hence we keep coming back and have recommended to others.

We ordered 7 trees before Christmas, they were as described and in good health, we are now waiting for spring to see if they shoot. Very happy with trees and service. Stewart.

I am making a new garden and ordered hedging in the form of 160 bareroot hawthorn in September 2021. I made a quick phone call in November, and a charming lady explained that because of weather conditions, I should expect delivery in December. Lo and behold the complete order arrived on Christmas Eve with instructions to plant within 3 days of receipt! I had to laugh and am not complaining - the plants were well packed and in good condition. I got the planting done, and even in the cold and windy Scottish February, buds are appearing. Well done and 5 stars Tree Shop.

I have been very pleased with the service provided having ordered Sitka Spruce from the Tree Shop Ltd. The staff have always been polite and emails regularly kept me up to date respecting the order and delivery times. The trees are supplied bare root and are flourishing healthy specimens. Thank you, I will certainly shop with you again.
