Good product poor postage
Great product, and I’m sure it was beyond the companies control but in an age where I can get a chainsaw next day , a week feels a little long for a small letterbox sized item . I’m not one to complain , and wouldn’t have , but also had a “how did we do “ email before I received the item .
Not a slight on the product , and postage is largely beyond the sellers control but I use a lot of online stockists for things and stuff arrives really quickly . This didn’t .

Your Saturday afternoon order was dispatched on the Monday using the selected second class tracked service, and should have been with you on the Wednesday. Unfortunately, the delivery arrived on the Friday instead, so we apologise for the wait.
The "how did we do" email you received is automated and sends a set number of days after the order. On a weekend order with a slow delivery, that meant it reached you before the parcel did. You make a fair point on the timing though, so we have adjusted the email settings to prevent this happening again.
