I just finished my certification and am grateful to Jorg and the Treeming team. I actually tried a sample online forest bathing course elsewhere before this, but wanted a more human touch while still learning at my own pace, and Jorg's videos did that for me. I have now taken all my friends forest bathing -- it is my gift to them, especially when they are stressed -- and have registered my own business.

It invites you to deeply connect with the forest in your unique way. By realy good -short-video’s Jörg takes you with him in the forest. (even the squirrels accompany you 😉) He is giving you forest -group & life-insights from different perspectives and with an underlayed foundation.

From science we now that a good learning path gives you Autonomy - Bonding and Connection - and the feeling and overview that you are building up your Skills and Competences. And yes… it’s a five star on all of this!

So, If you are curious and have the mindset and the opportunity
to take your time and dive in this field
- with an open view, and willing to test, check, reflect - then you really can take a lot out of this journey!

I just finished the certification for Forest bathing through Treeming and I was very pleased with the entire process. I had already been instructioning Forest bathing in my area but I wanted a little more information about activities to do in the Forest and how to best market myself. I came across this course when searching for a way to combine my social emotional learning experience with nature immersion. I appreciated how it was self paced and included hands on, practical information. I hope to use this as I start the next step in my career working to helps others to slow down and improve their overall wellbeing.

I loved the course! It was easy to follow the videos at your own pace. They gave tons of examples on how to run your Forest Bathing sessions.

I absolutely loved this course. The breakdown of the forest bathing topics into micro sessions was extremely helpful. You can take them at your own pace and they often come with accompanying notes to help guide you through concepts and exercises. Afterwards, you are part of the Treeming community which helps you connect with other practitioners to help you grow behind the classroom.

It was very informative. I liked how everything had its own segment so you could learn at your own pace easier. The articles at the end were very informative also. Highly recommend this program, I feel ready to be a forest bathing guide.

I was skeptical about taking an online course on outdoor education, but the treeming.org team found the balance between on and offline experiences. The online content allowed for flexibility and presented the information in accessible chapters. Each online chapter prepared and empowered me to take the lessons outside. I was inspired module by module to encourage other eco warriors to step outside of their screens and listen.

I started my Forest Bathing certification with an intuitive feeling that it was going to be great. Not only because I felt it would align me with work I feel naturally called to, but also it served as an invitation to step into a world I've always been curious about. The modules Jorg has created to teach students how to take others through Forest Bathing exercises, are very grounded, informal and pragmatic. It's just enough direction and pragmatism to help others learn the hows and what to practice to become a good guide, but also teaches you what it means to be a good guide. And by meaning, I mean the self-direction this training requires, actually helps you understand and navigate the embodiment and energy it takes to become a good guide. It's on us to practice and be in nature, to then help others practice and be in nature -- brilliant! I highly recommend if you feel naturally pulled to this certification to do it. You won't regret it.

This has been a great experience doing the treeming course. It was well laid out and many examples and helpful in setting up a forest bathing experience.

My Certificate of Certified Forest Bathing Guide, through Treeming.org - The Forest Bathing Organisation, with Jörg as my Facilitator and Virtual Forest Guide and fellow eco warrior, was the most enjoyable higher learning educational experience of my life. If only University courses were delivered in such a powerfully holistic, relatable, easily accessible way for people interested in becoming better, rather than bitter, to work towards healing the collective wound of the unconscious, by embracing the mysteries of the forest, the secrets of the jungle, the wisdom of the desert, along with the other sacred animistic symbolisms of mother nature, and working on our own healing through that which we are but a mere piece of .... mother nature, albeit a very destructive piece of the jigsaw puzzle, that should protect and nurture mother nature as we have so much to learn from her. So, on the brink of imminent global climate catastrophe, I want to share my humble gratitude with Jörg and his team for their amazing course and qualification. I plan to use what I have learnt through Jörg's laid back, passionate, easy to understand educational instructions, in my current job as a Lived Experience Suicide Bereavement Support Worker. I discovered after having lost my first husband to suicide, there is so much healing to be found in connecting with mother nature, God, and spiritual practices, when it comes to grief and loss.
