From the first phone call through to the final work everything was excellent. Ed was so helpful when we inspected the site. His understanding of our needs and care for the environment was evident throughout. The final work was carried out professionally and met our needs perfectly. Highly recommend them.

The team arrived punctually, parked with consideration, and performed all work as specified. They were quiet, Absolutely stress‑free.

The job was done well for which thank you. I have one comment, when the stump grinder and flail operator arrived on site I had to brief them as to exactly where they had to do the work. I had already taken Alex around to describe what needed to be done but he was on paternity leave. Had I not been available I am not sure who would have been able to brief the operators.

I faced an issue with an Oak branch obstructing my driveway. By 12:30 PM, I realized the problem, and by 4:45 PM, it was resolved due to Upton's prompt and efficient assistance. Their amiable team of three assessed the tree situation, cleared away the dead wood, and ensured everything was spotless upon completion.

The removal of a fir tree that was interfering with our fibre-optic cable was done with care, so that the cable was not damaged. Any other branches that may have developed such that they would have caused problems in the future, were also trimmed back. The risings were removed completely and the scene left such that you wouldn't know they'd been there. Great!

The team were very friendly, courteous and professional. They communicated with us throughout the time on site and made sure everything was done as we had asked. Highly recommended!

Needed Urgent attention to largish tree covered by a protection order that lower branches were at risk of damaging fence and across neighbours. Responded promptly to my request and took care of the application to local council. Tree trimmed after application approved according to quote.

Very please with work thy have done

The team worked hard all day having ascertained what was needed. They checked with me as to whether I was satisfied with their work reducing the trees as it proceeded. All branches,twigs and leaves were completely cleared from the garden and taken away. Excellent teamwork! I will recommend your company to anyone needing work on their trees.
