My hairdresser is wonderful! Lorna is a great stylist, cuts beautifully and keeps everything spotlessly clean. Knows the products well and takes a lot of care with her work. All staff are friendly and helpful and going there is a pleasure.

Under the circumstances, I was looked after by Catherine. Nothing was too much in terms of trying or ordering better choices for me. She was helpful and caring.
I felt all staff are pleasant and attentive

All staff were welcoming and made me feel at ease. Consultant was knowledgeable and flexible with appointment times. Would definitely recommend them

After a year of trying to find a wig that made me feel like me, I made an appointment with these guys. The lady that looked after me rang me two days before to ask what I was looking for so she could make sure she had some in for me to try, and then took as much time as I needed trying on different wigs before I made a decision (with no pressure to buy at all). I found a wonderful wig that I liked more and more every time I tried it on - such good quality and a fun style which doesn't make me look like a middle aged woman (I'm 52!!!). The hair is really soft and the wig is really comfy and feels secure. I am tempted to go back for another one, but for now I am wearing the first one so much more than any wig I've had before because I love it so much.

Lovely staff. . Nice and bright building. Having lost my hair to chemotherapy I was completely put at ease. Wonderful experience.

They was really lovely and caring when it my daughter and make feel like a princess all the though with that wigs and the fitting and when we come back for the its made my daughter feel so much happier thanks to little princess trust and yourself have given my 10 year old hwr smile back and that's all thanks to you guys cant thankyou enough

Jane was amazing. At a time of upset around a cancer diagnosis and the start of chemotherapy- I felt in very safe hands. Her years of experience come through and I know my wig will be perfect.

I had an appointment with Amber today. She made me feel so comfortable and welcome. Its always difficult to know exactly the style and colour you need, but she was absolutely amazing. She found the perfect style and colour. All the staff here are lovely

Noami and Marie are excellent practitioners in their work. Their ability to make you feel comfortable and also be transparent is above many others I have seen or heard. Marie listened to me when I called and was very helpful. Noami was also excellent and what’s at the heart of Noami is NOT selling but putting you first, giving you education and exploring how things are for you. She made me feel relaxed, important and comfortable especially as it’s a difficult subject to discuss. Nothing was too much. I wish you were nearer but the amazing surrounding actually made it worth the journey and having a very beneficial consultation

The lady fitting my wig seemed to understand perfectly what look I was going for,but also suggested I tried on other styles, and slightly different shades which was good as I then found it easy to decide on the one which suited me most. She was professional and knowledgeable, and the whole service was excellent.

After being initially nervous about my appointment, the staff put me at ease straight away.
The receptionist was lovely and got us refreshments.
Magz who did my consultation truly listened to how I was feeling and what my goals were.
I was really happy with the choices Magz had made for me, even suggesting colouring.

Steph looks after mum very elderly mum and has done for many years. She is an amazing lady, so kind, patient and insightful. The service they offer is so amazing and so needed. Thankyou to all the team who do an amazing job with all their clients
