My complaint mimics all the others on this site. I'm lucky to have only been out $20 of the $5 they refunded me. I will try to file a fraud claim. Oh and one more thing, the add I bought from was on FB.

big scam they don’t even give valid information about your order after you purchase i got scammed out of $60

Yup Scam! Same story as most on here. Fake shoes that never show up. They offer to send more that never show up. I cancelled my card in case they try to charge more. Didn’t even bother asking for a refund I’ll never get. Nothing we can do as it is a scam from china. YouTube REALLY needs to vet these ads before letting them run.

If I could give yall 0 stars I would! This is the WORST company I’ve ever ordered from. It’s been 3 months and my order still isn’t here. It said it was delivered but never was so they sent it again. Same thing happened. Tracker said it was delivered NEVER WAS! DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS! Don’t waste your hard earned money on these scammers!

Same as everyone's complaint. I got the charges reversed on my credit card. Don't take it as a loss. Dispute the charge!

I ordered 3 pairs of Hey Dude shoes back in June. The first attempt never was delivered so they supposedly sent it again but this time it was coming express mail. That second attempt was never delivered. I didn't want to wait again so I demanded a refund. They cried about losing money because of their good prices so they could only offer me a 70% refund, which I took. I accepted the loss and considered it lesson learned. However, I contacted them today for an update because it has been 25 business days like they claimed it would take and they said I didn't receive it due to "force majeur". It's one thing after another with these crooks. I filed with the BBB because I doubt I'll ever see any refund.

This website is scamming people selling Hey dude produces that they never ship!
It only opens as Hey Dude when the link is given by the Facebook add.
Those who complaint start receiving offers for 60 ~ 80 % refund.
They also provide a tracking number that can only be tracked at the website they provide.

Scammers my order failed to arrive twice and now they won't send my stuff again even tho it was their carriers fault. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. they don't tell u who is suppose to deliver anything. Honestly I don't even think anything has shipped. They take ur money and run

Waited a month they said my items was delivered when i was in the front yard with my family. This is truly disappointing to be scammed via youtube. This company is 100% a scam and youtube should be help responsible for promoting fraud and prosecuted for theft and fraud.

I also got scammed by this company and they keep responding with how they re-shipped a new pair of shoes and now if I will take a 70% refund, but I know it’s just a scam and what’s funnier is they keep saying how they are valued by their customer service what a joke these guys are a bunch of criminals

I ordered from thus site, was told package was delivered. My security camera proves they did not. I ASKED WHO THE CARRIER WAS..They stated it didn't have a registered name, yet it showed going thru usps hub but with a tracking number that is never used by Usps. I'm currently waiting refund. Am extremely irritated. I WILL ESCALATE THIS TO FRAUD IF MY REFUND IS DELAYED ANY FURTHER

They are a scam. They supposedly shipped me another order and once again, it said delivered but we never got the order. Do NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Thank God I decided to wait to see if this order would come which it did not. I was going to order about 13 pair of shoes from them. Karma will find them for cheating people out of their money.

Total scam. Never delivered. They have been stalling for more than 5 weeks. Good luck getting money back.

Scam!!! The hey dude shit is fake from tiktok They somehow got my wife delivery date from another order she placed and used that as my info for my package. They said my was delivered and the exact same time my wife received her order that had nothing to do with them

I have had a horrible experience with this company they had a hey dude sale I’ve never received anything from them I’ve complained they said they reshipped them this place is a scam do not buy anything from them

Dealing with the same situation everyone else is about this website ordered products it's been over a month and still nothing and they keep giving this bogus response Everytime I ask about my order report the site to the online fraud department so we can get it shut down
