Honestly couldn't have asked for better. I loved the fact that I could contact Gideon via whatsapp easily. He responded swiftly. I knew what I wanted from my mortgage, I told Gideon and he provided the exact mortgage that suited my needs. I can't recommend Gideon at TR enough! After (regrettably) proceeding with a broker that didn't understand my particular situation, Gideon sorted out a new MIP within 48 hours with a suitable provider that works for my needs, which has become a successful mortgage offer. Communication was excellent and I felt very looked after, I will be recommending to everyone I know that is buying a property.

Sam has absolutely amazing and we couldn’t recommend him enough. We’ve been attempting to purchase a property as first time buyers in London on and off for a few years now and Sam has been invaluable throughout. Now that we are finally progressing with a purchase, he has secured us a fantastic rate, at a quick speed too, and has also been able to recommend us a solicitor firm which has also been excellent.

Sam has been absolutely brilliant - I cannot recommend him and TR Financial highly enough. At our first call he reassured us on all our anxieties and thoroughly answered all our questions. My partner is an academic so I was worried it would be trickier to get a mortgage but Sam found us a great deal. He has been responsive and helpful throughout this whole process (including one property falling through and needing to apply for a new mortgage later how the line) and we are shortly due to exchange on this, with Sam managing to secure us an even cheaper deal for us a few days ago.
