Avoid This Company – Negligent Handling of My Vehicle
I used Triangle parking’s valet parking at Heathrow for one week and my car was returned with a low battery. I called them immediately to report it, but soon after leaving the airport the car lost power on the motorway, putting my family and me in danger.
I had to call AA breakdown, send my family home by taxi, wait for hours for recovery, and later pay for repairs and battery replacement. I have photo proof and receipts for all expenses.
This was completely avoidable and shows clear negligence. I have asked the company for a formal apology, full reimbursement (AA, taxi, repairs) and an explanation. If they fail to act, I will escalate to Trading Standards and Heathrow authorities.
A very unsafe and distressing experience – I would strongly advise others to be cautious before using this company.

Thank you for your response. However, I must clarify that when I handed over my car to your team at Heathrow, there were no warning messages, faults, or errors on the dashboard. The vehicle was in perfect working condition with no battery or electrical issues.
Upon receiving my car back from your care, the dashboard immediately displayed a 12V battery warning and related error messages. This clearly indicates that the issue occurred while the vehicle was under your responsibility.
I have emailed a photo showing the warning message for your reference. As stated in my original complaint, this fault led to a serious incident — the vehicle stopped on the motorway, requiring breakdown assistance and recovery at my own cost.

Excellent customer service!
Used Triangle Parking for the first time. Had an issue upon getting car back but the resolution was A* service! I couldn’t ask for more superb customer service! Owned the problem, and rectified it beyond expectations. Jama, it was an absolute pleasure reviving your call first thing. Will 100% return for all future airport parking. Highly recommend
One of the worst valet parking…
One of the worst valet parking companies I have used. Failed to show on time when I dropped the car and said go and. Back in and we will find you. Took them about 45 mins. Lots of silly lies and excuses. They even said we are here now and then another 10 mins
On the return another set of excuses and lies about car on the way now and will be 3-4 mins when my tracker confirmed it was still parked and locked and hadn’t moved and the car was at last 8 mins away. Sadly they lie non stop and suggest you avoid. Shame

Very professional polite staff. On drop off waited a couple of minutes no waiting on pick up driver was waiting for us. Highly recommend Triangle parking will definitely use them again thanks
Prompt arrival on drop off and pick up
Heathrow T3 stay for 10 days. They were waiting for us on arrival on our outward journey and were there within 5 minutes of our arrival on return. The guys who collected/delivered the cars were very pleasant. Very reasonable price. Would be my first choice for future parking.

The worst experience I have ever had . I would recommend female solo travellers not to use . I will never use again.
i landed 23:00 hrs terminal 5 last night. No suitcase just cabin case followed instructions of calling no given when landing and after passport control . I stood there in the short stay car park alone felling unsafe everyone else had received cars . At midnight after several difficult calls finally got my car no apologies , no concern they had left me in a vulnerable position . Tried to say they had called me and I had not answered , I showed driver my call list , no missed calls and still no apology . Excuses about Terminal 2and 3 tunnel being shut but everyone who arrived after me got there cars! One family stranded with this company had put tracker on car and said parked 2 nights in Bath rd and he will be contacting trading standards.I booked through BA never again , BA I would suggest you end the partnership , a horrible end to a lovely break.

We booked parking for two vehicles and the entire process was seamless. Drop-off and pick-up both took place in the short stay car park, making everything incredibly convenient. The service was informative, effortless, and completely stress-free. Communication, timing, and overall service were all outstanding — 10/10 across the board.
Service above and beyond
Service above and beyond. After a 31/2hr delay they rang to check everything was ok in a calm and helpful way, reassured us they were waiting with no extra charge and in fact they paid our car park dropped fee.
Great service
Hadn't used them before, but they were really good. They don't seem to have a desk, but answer the phone quickly. They picked up and returned to a different terminal at Heathrow at our request which was really helpful.
The Best meet and greet company
From booking to drop-off and pick-up, Triangle car park made my airport parking experience effortless. The team was professional, friendly, and always kept me updated. My car was safe and secure the whole time, and the transfer to and from the airport was quick and smooth.
It’s rare to find a company that truly cares about both your vehicle and your time but triangle car park delivered on both. I’ll definitely be using them again and recommending them to friends and family!

We received a call the night before to confirm our arrival plan and another in the morning to confirm that nothing had changed. (05:40am). On way to the airport received a call stating they would be about 15 mins late. The guy apologised for being late and said he would pay the parking ticket.
Upon arrival the car was there waiting or us.
Totally pleased with the service and will use again in future.

This is my second time using Triangle Parking, and they've proven to be reliable and punctual. If you’ve booked with them before, they’ll even waive the usual £7.50 airport entry fee, which is a nice bonus. I recommend taking photos of your car before and after for peace of mind. Highly recommended – I’ll definitely use them again.

Wary of meet and greet due to past experiences, but had great communication, easy drop off and pick up arrangements, drivers were on time, very polite and professional and no damage or excess mileage incurred. 100% use again.
Use at your peril
I feel compelled to let others know the total disregard this company has for both their customers and their customers vehicles. I unfortunately booked their meet and greet service from London Heathrow airport and left my Mercedes A class with them for a week. On collection of my car the driver handed me the parking ticket for the short stay and said pay it quickly or the charge changes from £7.50 to considerably more if you overstay 15 mins. On my return to the vehicle I found the driver had then disappeared. On inspection of the vehicle I found it to have had the drivers side rear window fitted with a plastic sports grill and the window tinted darker on this one window only. On further inspection there were multiple paint runs in the rear door and rear wing which was previously unmarked. When you go to contact someone from the comapny and check the website you see the only contact number is the mobile which is used to arrange drop off and collection of the vehicles. When I eventually got a call back I was given a story that the offsite car park was next to a car dealership that had requested a vehicle of the same description as mine have some cosmetic detailing to the rear quarter. So they are claiming a car detailer came on site to the wrong company and somehow where given my keys by Traingle parking and this work was done to a really poor standard to my vehicle by mistake. This sounds very hard to believe, and if true, a total lack of security and accountability for your vehicle while in their possession. After 2 weeks of arguing what had happened and the remedy, they eventually agreed to collect my car and repair the damage but this is where the story gets even worse. The person arrived at my house at 10pm at night to collect my car and left me a courtesy car but detailed I was only insured third party on it which I thought to be strange. I decided to add the vehicle for a few days to my own policy to be safe. On contacting Aviva I was told the vehicle had no MOT meaning I couldn't drive it. Triangle parking, when contacted, did nothing except say we will get your vehicle back to you as quickly as possible leaving me without a vehicle. They then returned my car to me late in the evening 5 days later and on initial inspection in the evening light it looked like a reasonable repair. They had however used all my fuel taking the vehicle to and from Heathrow and not replenished it. On further inspection, the day after, it is clear the paint repair to the door and rear wing is non existent with runs still in the paintwork. That same day, when I got home from work, I had received a speeding ticket and fine in the post from the evening Triangle parking collected my vehicle and timed at only 30 minutes after my vehicle had been collected by them from my house. I have now spent the last 2 weeks phoning them daily and asking for the driver details to complete the form, and remove me from the penalty notice and transfer liability to them. When they do take my calls, the same man, says yes I will do it today but to this day hasn't. 2 days ago I then recieve another penalty notice through the post. This time for the Dartford crossing, where payment for my vehicle crossing had not been made on the evening the vehicle was returned to me. Again I have contacted the company and sent them a photograph of the penalty but they are not even acknowledging this one. I am now left with my only option to take legal advice and report them to the police for withholding driver details for the speeding and crossing penalties.

Wow, what a great service. I was worried this meet and greet was too good to be true. But it was such a good service. We rung the company 30 mins away from Heathrow and the man from triangle parking met us at the time we had asked. He was lovely, we had not used this service before and he explained what we needed to do step by step. He explained where we needed to go to check in. On arrival back to the UK I rung the number provided and the man again was lovely and asked us to ring back when we had our bags. We rung when we had our bags and he explained where to come to meet him. We met him at the car and checked the car and it was given back to us perfectly.
This was an amazing service especially with a baby, so thank you for a 'stress free' experience!

I used these recently at Heathrow. No issues whatsoever and I was impressed. Very punctual and they seemed organised. I paid more than others due to the better reviews for Triangle and I would use these guys again.

I used Triangle Parking for a trip out of Heathrow T2 last month and the service was brilliant! Punctual and polite drivers and my car was returned to me with just a few miles on the clock and no damage or dirt whatsoever. I was really nervous about using this kind of service, having never done so before, but it was reasonably priced, reliable and super convenient. I was really impressed and I wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again.

I used triangle parking for the first time and the service was excellent.
The directions to the drop off point were clear and the driver met us on time. On collection the driver met us on time. There was a lot of traffic which caused a delay but that is not on triangle parking. What's important is that the we're clear with me regarding timelines and when they'd arrive. They were on-time.
There was a small issue with the car being returned a little dirty but they rectified this with out hesitating.
I will definitely use them again.
