Beers / Refreshments ordered for son and daughter in law for Christmas. One item was out of stock but there good comms and rest of order was delivered for Christmas .

Excellent customer service! I ordered a bottle of very hard to find wine. They spent several weeks trying to track it down for me, found the ONE bottle I was looking for, and I was able to surprise my husband with the bottle at Christmas. I am very impressed with their customer service and I'll definitely purchase from them again!

I contacted Triangle more in hope than expectation but was delighted when Chris contacted me to say that they could help out in getting some New Year cheer to my family in Apex. Although they had a shortage of delivery drivers due to illness they managed to deliver by the promised date. Many thanks for your assistance.

I received no communication regarding delivery. There was no card with my name to let the recipient know it was from me.

At $25 a person, this wasn’t quite worth it. The chocolate was delicious but the port fell a little short. The rep wasn’t knowledgeable about the products at all. The format was clunky - we had tickets and there weren’t enough seats for us. I did enjoy the port, but as we didn’t get much insight into the product, I’m not inclined to buy much. I am more than happy to purchase, in quantity, when I’ve been educated, informed and entertained. That equation is much more challenging for the store when I’ve been whacked $25 for 4 small pours and a couple of pieces of chocolate. We will come again but work on the execution otherwise I’ll spend my wine dollars other places.

Kent gave great customer service. Kent is very knowledgeable about the wine selections especially the Italian reds...each time we speak, I learn something new abput the history of the winery, the grapes, etc. it's like I'm taking a guided trip through Italy without leaving NC.

I went to buy a bottle of wine at the table and got to the tasting, which is held in the store several times a week. The most interesting thing is that this event is held not only for staff, but also for customers, which made me incredibly happy. The events are free, which made me doubly happy))) They are held by the brand ambassadors of the official representatives - they tell a lot of interesting things, from history to fragrances.
In general, I liked the store - good prices, official deliveries, good service.
