Realistic Review with Company Suggestions.
I have 6 vehicles total. Used Tribotex in the two older with higher mileage with the engine oil.
First notice the engines getting quieter. Gradually as you put more miles after treatment the benefits become more prevalent. I have averaged about 2 miles better on a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon with 68000 miles. The Jeep drives much smoother and is super quiet approaching the 400 miles post treatment mark. End of day brought treatments for all 6 vehicles.
A point I have not seen addressed in any company literature or review. While Tribotex advises treatment on older high mileage vehicles which is valid I would ask explain why? Common sense would say with more worn high mileage engines this gives much more surface areas for the tribotex particles to attach to filling and reducing friction more than newer lower mileage engines. Hence much better results.
Additionally it normally takes 7 miles for a normal vehicle oil to reach operating temperatures. So would advise Tribotex to recommend some longer mileage drives to allow the particles more time to activate much sooner.
