Account is locked and balance deleted due to an issue with my IP.
Hard to tell if it's a scam or just incompetent web design... Or both?

If I could give them a negative I would. None of their games work when u try to play they all say error. Support takes a month to email u back only to repeat the same thing they said before that they're trying to fix it but they never ask u what ur issue is. U don't get friend referral bonus they promise. They all around lie about everything on their website. No matter how much proof u send they act brainless like they don't even know their own purpose on the platform. Do not spend ur money with them

Not sure what to think. I had an odd experience with Trillersweeps. I signed up back when they launched and got their 60sc for $20. Lost it. It came back for sale , bought it again, never got it. Took a weekend to get it sorted ,but the following Monday I received the 60sc. Took that , won $250. Submitted redemption, took a little longer than hoped and seemed like it might go bad for a moment, but I got paid within 5 days. Played for months on and off thereafter , until they went down. Don't know why. Site just went dead. Now its back up with cleaner graphics, music, etc. The old daily login still pops up but is broken. The new one is under promotions and actually rewards alot more than previously. The wheel is the same. So I dont know what to think. Im hoping they pull through and it all turns out to be growing pains. Tired of seeing sites pop up and go bad. Come on Triller. Your own success is right there in front of you if you just take it.

Well it's been 3months now still haven't gotten my redemption.they've locked me out of account.will not respond to any of my messages.do not play trillersweeps for they are scammers.they get your banking information and ID pictures.and then totally ignore you.and lock you out of logging in.something needs to be done about them.

daily login bonuses are broken. Wheel rewards aren't given and the 20 cent daily bonus gives an error when you try and collect it.

Created a TrillerSweeps account a couple of months back and was logging in each day to collect the daily bonus & wheel spin they gave. I built up some funds in my account and decided to test a redemption with them, and that's when the problems started. The first red flag was going to the redemption area and seeing a maximum crypto redemption of 10SC. Yes, you read that correctly.. I've never seen a social casino with a 10 SC maximum redemption, but went ahead with it anyways. After submitting the redemption request I received nothing from them - no email confirmation or anything. I waited almost 2 weeks before reaching out, but after receiving nothing - no redemption, no confirmation, no acknowledgement - I emailed them. I received a reply from "Alan" a day or two later saying their system was going through a "required system update that is taking longer than expected." I knew how this was going to end at that point, but decided to give them a bit more time to see if anything would happen anyways. Now, two weeks later, my account has been disabled and I'm unable to login. No email, no redemption, no explanation, nothing. It's been 4 days since I was last able to login and still have 45 SC sitting in my account that I couldn't even begin to redeem because they never finalized the first tiny 10 SC redemption.

Fair warning to all - if you're using TrillerSweeps do not expect to get your redemption. You'll most likely have a similar experience as me - get nothing from them until you reach out, then get a short run-around, and then your account will be disabled. Thankfully I never deposited a penny in this place, and hope nobody else out there has. If you did, then hopefully you won't need to try redeeming any of it!

So at first everything was good !! Was going to recommend a little laggy but good but then I couldn’t verify my phone kept getting a otp error sent message after
Message was only cashing out 50! For the full review process but a week later no response and now I can’t login or try n reset password so until further notice site is SCAM AND THIEFS !

It’s been two weeks and still haven’t received my redemption. I sent them emails but only received one reply back. I already contacted BBB the attorney general of there state an the FTC so since they wanna play with ppl winnings let’s play

AVOID! Bot dealer got over 23 blackjacks. PLAY ELSEWHERE!

This site must have all the people that show up for work but don't do anything, lazy slow dumb people looks like from the other review they lie about quick redemption

Well Triller Sweeps. I see others have had similar experiences with your customer support. They are very, very slow with support in an industry that thrives on fast customer service. I would give it 5 stars if they would just get more support personnel or have them work more often. I have won a few times here. One $300 redemption, which took 1.5 weeks, and $3000 that took almost a month, but they do pay out. I would still be playing there, but I can't seem to purchase any coin packages anymore. Oh well. C'mon Triller, earn that 5th star and get some support. All these folks with bad reviews would be positive ones with actual support.

This site was quick to take my money but once I tried to redeem 3000 they have not given it to me it's been over 7 days I was fed some line about it going into fraud protection line and now they won't even stay in contact with me through emails or on their chat site

I signed up and somehow went to town on their ramen mines game. With the 3 dollar sign up, as of today I redeemed 101$. It took about a week or so, granted there were a couple holidays, but, no money in and a redemption of over 100. I'll take that any day. Good variety of games too.

False information and criminal mischief due to having me upload my identification only to lie and say my prize was approved and being sent. It's been since Jan 12 and still pending. CSR keeps saying the same thing so I'm contacting Milberg Attorneys.

I have been waiting on a redemption since January 14th. Its going on day 5 with no reply from customer support whatsoever. 100% CROOKS!!!!!!!!!!!STAY AWAY!!!!

I enjoyed the games.
But I have been trying to contact someone now for 4 days about my winnings. I have had only one response. . Noone has contacted me at all. Ive email. And tried to contact the support crew. Ive hurd nothing I sent out 4 referrals and im so disapointed. Its a bummer I have to tell my friends not to play

Worst casino ever! I bought a gold coin package they gave me my first one but not my second one and you can't get a hold of customer service to save your life it's been a week and I get someone to come on there and say that they're going to help me and they're looking into it but then they never do anything! It's a scam they straight took my money and didn't give me the coins to even play with! Don't waste your time or your money!

It's a scam they don't pay been waiting for a 2 redemptions since December

They won't let you do anything until you finish your profile but they won't let you finish your profile you keep putting in your information but they keep not saving it and then whenever you ask them about it they say oh you don't have your address in there even though you put it in 55 times and then you give it to them so they can do it for you cuz that's what they ask you to do and then they still don't do anything don't bother wasting your time on this place

Bought my first gold coin package everything was fine but another one they took my money but they never gave me my coins I can't get a hold of them via chat or email which is stupid 24-hour business should have 24-hour customer service. But yeah I'm waiting to see what they're going to do if I ever hear from him
