Customer service is great, devices are simple and fast to take payments. Staff don’t have any issues with them. Fees are clear and fair, would highly recommend

After struggling with our previous payment processor for years, switching to Trilogy Card Service it has been great for our business.
What truly sets them apart is their customer service team. When we had questions about billing our account manager walked us through everything step-by-step and we get a clear, easy to understand monthly invoice with all our charges stated.
I only wish we'd made the switch sooner!

Overall positive experience!
I was introduced to Trilogy Card Specialists via Trilogy Consultants.
Trilogy originally sorted my utilities, so I looked at the different options they could offer me with the card machines.
I have had a few minor issues, however they were easily sorted with a quick phone call to my account manager.
Other than it's all been good...

Amazing service and company
Amazing service and company! Came over to Trilogy Card Specialists after having major issues with my previous POS company, with issue after issue for 2 years, I could not put up with it anymore! So far, with using Trilogy Card Specialists as my POS company, I have had no issues, and my account manager (Hannah), who is always available and has been more than helpful! Super friendly and professional as well, which is always good
