Scam - phone number and email do not work. Needed to change delivery and unable to. So will never know if it can be delivered but apparently even if it were, reviews here seem like bad quality. This company needs to be taken down

Fake items, tried to contact them for a refund but have had no reply. Should have checked reviews before buying.

Fake/ counterfeit of poor quality. Purchased the Italy wind breaker and it’s ill fitting, shoddy logo embroidery & general poor workmanship

The kits are not real, and when I’ve asked for a refund they don’t get back to you. When they did. They wanted me to pay £20 to send to China. When the kits cost me £40

Hopefully getting a refund from them is been over 2 weeks and nothing, emailed them and they replied a day later, DON'T be using trinbow for anything

Please don’t buy. Terrible company please just save your time and money everything is fake even though it looks legit. They don’t respond and it takes them weeks to respond and refund.

Received football shirt after 2 weeks, it was too small. Emailed 3x to request return and refund. They never replied.

Scam all fake items. Don’t get back in touch avoid!!! True scam artists

Don't buy totally fake

I ordered a football top from Trinbow which took a significant amount of time to arrive, and when it finally did, it had a visible black mark on the front.

Not only was the item damaged, but it’s also clearly not genuine or authentic, despite the company advertising it as an official football top. This is completely misleading.

I contacted their customer service right away with photo evidence and requested a resolution — but have been completely ignored. If they continue to avoid dealing with this, I’ll be left with no choice but to initiate a chargeback through my bank.

This has been a terrible experience from start to finish: slow shipping, poor quality, misleading advertising, and zero customer support. I strongly recommend avoiding this company

**AVOID**. Ordered a shirt from this sight which is clearly fake.
The only way to return the item is if they send you a shipping label. I have emailed them and had no reply.

Do not use. Fake england kit arrived. No socks ect.

Sent this back to the returned address and no refunds has been sent back!

Fake kits, sent from china, counterfeit branding and labels… avoid!!

Ordered a kid’s football kit from this site at the same price as the official club store but was sent a fake with the socks missing. I’ve asked for a refund as offered by the site but no response after multiple attempts. I would strongly advise ordering anything from this website.
