It was very hard to know who to trust in this difficult situation. All of the people I have spoken to have been patient with me and have explained things very clearly. I wish there was an easier way to apply and upload/review my information, like an online portal. I feel a little more freedom now that they are involved in helping me manage my debts.

They got the interest on our cards down to a low level so our one monthly payment goes toward principle mostly, as they said they would, they've made the monthly payments every month, as they said they would, and they have been easy to work with answering all of our questions kindly.

If you ask questions, representatives will answer them for you. The fees are fair and I am now working towards reducing my debt. I feel a weight lifted off of me because of Trinity.
