I recently contacted Trio Finance and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Jamie initially supported my enquiry and was exceptionally professional, demonstrating strong knowledge and expertise. He took the time to understand my needs thoroughly and identified a solution that was perfectly suited to my circumstances.

Once the provider was selected, my case was handed over to Charlotte, who managed everything seamlessly. She was equally professional, attentive, and accommodating throughout the process, ensuring all our requirements were met and keeping us well-informed at every stage.

The entire process was completed in under two weeks, which exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend Trio Finance for their efficiency, professionalism, and customer-focused approach.

From the onset with speaking to Scott this has been the easiest process, and then as the application progressed I was well supported and advised by Charlotte. The use of WhatsApp was extremely convenient as you can’t always answer a call when you’re at work, on the other hand I was also able to message both Scott and Charlotte at my convenience never having to wait too long for a reply!
