It's more than a scam, it's a financial and emotional fraud. I thought I was putting money into my future when I signed up for the Oracle Recruiting Cloud Online Training course. From the day I started though, the lie had been deep. Their "course brochure" was a fairy tale. The schedules were postponed, the trainers were not interested in contributing, the after-sales service was not there. When I informed them that I would like to cancel, I explicitly said that the stress from this experience was furthering my chest pain and as a result, the anxiety was getting out of control. Nonetheless, they not only did not return my money but also prolonged the refund process through lies, empty promises replica, and zero action. No word has been said on the refund for more than three months. Health-wise, I have not been okey. My finances have declined. I'm in deep despair.

Unprofessional, dishonest, and manipulative — notably with referrals.I started with Triotech to get the Oracle Procurement course and in the early stages, they emphasized the importance of good relations with customers through the “appreciate faithfulness” program and the referrals policy.I introduced a trusted colleague who joined me within the same week. They promised that I would get a referral bonus of 200USD in not more than 10 working days, but surprisingly I had to wait for over 30 days with no response. My emails remain unanswered. The phone numbers are always noted as "in a meeting" and no one rings back. Correspondingly, the messages that go on WhatsApp are read, but no interest is shown.I think that I was not only cheated in terms of the money, but I was also deceived by the fact that they gave their word and I took that as the reference to enrol somebody. Now, I am the one to blame for getting someone else into this mess.

My expectations for this Oracle Fusion Technical + OIC training were overly high, and this only ended up as a total nightmare. The subject matter such as SOAP/REST integrations and FBDI was brushed over. The exercises in the lab were almost always impossible to complete, and support was available after a few days. Instead of through practical work, I was forced to search YouTube for explanatory videos in the most traditional way. Now, I am not doing very well in interviews as this course only taught me the theory, and I have no real experience. This training was not a good investment; it totally added to the confusion of my resume. Save your money and avail yourself another opportunity to learn.

The exercises for the lab were old and the virtual machine was not configured as well, so it was hands-on practice not feasible. In spite of various requests for assistance, their responses were always later, and, in fact, their suggestions hardly ever helped me out. As the class ended, my head was spinning faster than at the start. Presently, my internship has become very challenging due to the fact that the course was not able to make me ready for mentioning configuring security roles or solving deployment issues as real-world tasks.

After enrollment, there was no structure, no proper trainer, and almost zero communication. The sessions were irregular, the trainer lacked clarity, and half the time we were told to refer to documentation.
When I confronted them about the lack of deliverables, they vanished. Emails went unanswered. Calls were dodged. The promises? All lies.
Please don’t fall for the illusion like I did. Your hard-earned money deserves respect — not exploitation.
