Do not trust them!
I booked with Kamal. Super helpful. Then I accidentally overpaid by over 700 dollars (I heard the wrong amount and sent it without checking because I was so excited about going to India). Kamal assured me it was no problem and the overpayment would be returned. Then I changed my ticket, and paid them an additional 700+ dollars, because they told me I could not use the overpayment. Again, they were so helpful that I trusted they would keep their word. I keep contacting Tripbeam about my overpayment being returned, and am constantly told not to worry, and it will happen in 24h/on Monday. I call back and oh Kamal is off today and the supervisor is not here. It's one thing to charge ridiculous change fees that aren't even charged by the airlines. It's another thing to steal and lie. Also I think their positive reviews are fake.
Update: they finally send back my overpayment -- 100 dollars short. I contacted Kamal that I was not returned the full amount, and was told, no problem! We will send you a coupon for 100 dollars! Excuse me. I don't need a coupon. This isn't like I bought something from you and then changed my mind, so you lost a sale. This is money that is not yours. I really think they do this on purpose and it is a terrible business practice. I am already not taking this flight because I spent so much on a one way ticket that I don't want to buy a return ticket. Credit from Air Canada for the original fare but the $700+ dollars for changing my ticket is just going in the trash. So no, I don't want a coupon. This isn't your money, and I don't want to spend it with your company.
Worst Experience Ever – Unreliable and Uncaring Customer Support
I booked my ticket with TripBeam.com on 7th July 2025 for a flight scheduled on 11th August 2025, from Delhi to Toronto via Paris. Being a first-time user, I trusted them based on all the glowing reviews online. But now I seriously doubt the authenticity of those reviews, because my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.
After booking, I received a sudden cancellation notice directly from the airline—with no explanation or follow-up from TripBeam. As a customer, I expected them to proactively reach out and help arrange a suitable alternative. Instead, I heard absolutely nothing. No calls, no emails, no concern.
I had to take the initiative myself, contacting their live chat. I connected with an agent named Rohan, who told me to wait 2 hours for an update. I waited 6 hours, only to be offered a ridiculously long and inconvenient alternative flight. I rejected it and asked for something reasonable.
Since then, it’s been a constant loop of delays, deflection, and silence. For the past three days, I’ve been chasing them, getting passed from one agent to another. Each time, I was told to “wait 24 hours for an update.” Then another agent, Shalu, had the audacity to ask me for extra payment to rebook the flight—even though the cancellation was entirely out of my control.
This is completely unethical and unacceptable. I already paid a full amount in good faith. I didn’t request any upgrades or changes. If the airline cancels the flight, then TripBeam or the airline should take responsibility—not punish the customer with additional charges.
Their so-called “support” team is unresponsive, disorganized, and clearly not trained to handle real problems. I’ve wasted days in uncertainty, stress, and helplessness—all because I made the mistake of trusting TripBeam.
I am still doubtful whether they will be able to provide me with another option for my cancelled flight on 11th August 2025, or if I’ll be forced to turn to another agency that actually offers responsible service.
Never again. I strongly warn others—think twice before using TripBeam.com. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own.

Improvement needed for long time customers
We booked and most of the time book through trip beam. Didn’t have any issues. Shalu is the best and helpful. There were occasions when they tried to change the price after agreement and we have to explain the fact and they reverted to agreed price. They should improve on this commitment to long time customers. The main thing they make money is when there is a change and it happened to my daughter as they ripped her off as she has to stay in India for me( her father) when I got admitted to hospital.

I booked my tickets through trip beam and i was told that i will get $20 back in my account with 3 to 4 weeks. I waited till 3 months and there was no deposits in my account. When I called back for $20, their customer service rep denied about it. Now I am not going to rebook the tickets from them and even no more referrals as i have already referred so many customers.

Terrible Experience with Trip Beam – Hidden Charges and Scammer-Like Practices
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Trip Beam and would strongly advise against using their services. At the time of booking, my ticket clearly stated $1089, but I was charged $1275. When I questioned this, they claimed the extra cost was due to “taxes they had already paid upfront to the airline.” This was not transparent at all and felt like a hidden charge.
Later, I needed to prepone my flight, and that turned into an absolute nightmare. Trip Beam outright denied any refund, even though the airline customer care confirmed I was eligible for one. To make things worse, Trip Beam wanted to charge me $200 in rescheduling fees and refused to refund any part of the previous ticket.
Fed up, I canceled my flight directly with the airline and received a refund without any issues. Trip Beam, on the other hand, was completely unhelpful and made everything unnecessarily complicated. They also insist on payments through Zelle, which raises major concerns about their business practices.
In my opinion, Trip Beam is unreliable and untrustworthy. They operate like scammers, and I would highly recommend booking directly with the airline or a more reputable agency. Save yourself the stress and avoid Trip Beam at all costs!
