We sincerely apologize for the disappointment regarding the flight pricing. Airline fares are highly dynamic and can change within minutes based on demand and seat availability. The fare we provided at the time of booking was the best available in the market at that moment, and often such fares are not available elsewhere.

Thank you for sharing your concern. We understand how frustrating this situation must have been, and we regret the inconvenience caused.
We would like to clarify that the initial booking was created at a live, dynamic airfare, which is subject to availability and airline confirmation. While a confirmation number was generated at the time of booking, the ticket was pending issuance and not finalized by the airline. Unfortunately, due to high demand and system congestion at the airline’s end, the original fare was no longer available when the airline attempted to issue the tickets.
We want to be very clear that we do not intentionally increase prices after booking. Airfare prices are controlled entirely by airlines and can change at any time until ticketing is completed. When the original fare expired, the only options available were at the current market price, which was higher.
Regarding the credit card concern, we take data security extremely seriously. We do not store full card details on our systems, and there is no evidence that any breach occurred through our platform. However, if you believe your card was compromised, we strongly recommend contacting your bank immediately for investigation and protection.
Our team requested a call only to discuss available alternatives transparently and to assist you with the next steps, including rebooking options or cancellation as per policy.

We would like to clarify the details of your booking to address the confusion regarding a refund.
You made only one booking with us, which was created on December 4 for three passengers. On December 5, you had a discussion with Rick, who reconfirmed the tickets that had already been shared with you.
At this time, we are not sure which refund you are referring to, as no additional amount was charged beyond the agreed total, and no booking was made with us on December 1.
We have already tried to reach you via email and phone to clarify and better understand your concern, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response.
