The customer support is A+. They are very supportive and ready to assist in case of any bad experience with a driver.
The platform is user friendly and robust enough in communicating through emails and SMS.
Happy to rent my cars on the platform and hope to list more cars.

Do not list your cars for rent on TripCity! I rented out 2 of my cars on TripCity and both experiences were horrible! The 1st one kept my car for an extra 10 days and did not pay. All the while TripCity was sending me threats to retrieve the funds and my car from him else they would withhold my other earnings, he dumped my car in the driveway after I told him I would call the cops. The 2nd driver rented for 3 days and took my car straight to a chop shop mechanic. I got the cops involved and she was actually a person of interest (TripCity doesn’t vet the drivers). Worse part is TripCity’s drive share doesn’t cover vandalism, only liability, so owners are in their own! Don’t list your cars here!!!

There is no help no refund of the vehicles sometime upon booking the vehicle they are already damaged and inoperable after you’ve giving the owners of the car’s money trip city customer service do not reimburse you. Any funds I am currently pursuing a lawsuit upon this company for negligence upon taking someone else’s money. It doesn’t make any sense that I can call customer service and I’m being hung up on and ran in circles left to right.

DO NOT RENT FROM TRIPCITY!!!! I got into an accident. The car flipped and I was ejected from the vehicle and they still continue to try to charge my card for nonpayment of the vehicle saying I kept it longer than I was supposed to when in reality it was crashed eight hours before it was supposed to be returned, which I have police reports and proof of that. Not only is it extremely hard to get in touch with a real person at Tripcity but when you do get in contact with them, they don’t want to hear nothing. You have to say the man on the phone hung up on me twice because he said that there was no point in me calling and that he could not see the reason I was calling because just cause I got into an accident doesn’t mean I need to be calling even though we found out that the car that they’ve rented me was recalled! On top of the car being recalled years ago the license plate that was submitted on the trip city app is not the same license plate that was on the car. This whole website is shady asf Then I told him well. I’m going to get lawyers involved because they should’ve never rented the car. His response was well if you’re gonna threaten to sue us then I’m gonna hang up the phone when I told him I wasn’t calling the lawyers on Tripcity I was calling the lawyers on the owner. Safe to say I have a fat ass lawsuit and I will be suing the shit out of them for every penny they have. He then tried to say that I owed them money because the crash wasn’t reported right away. How was the crash supposed to be reported right away if I was airlifted to the hospital what sense does that make?

Unsafe Rental – Family Left Stranded
I rented a vehicle from Already King’s LLC through Trip City.
During my trip, the vehicle became unsafe and required repair. I was traveling with children and multiple car seats, making this situation even more serious. The issue was not properly disclosed or resolved in a timely manner.

I was stranded since Thursday of last week, and the vehicle just got repaired Wednesday of the next week. I have not received my refund or any compensation. My grandson developed a high fever whilenwe were stranded for a week.

The communication has been unprofessional, and there has been no accountability for the hardship caused.
I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Darian Was a big help wasn’t gonna use trip city anymore due to the bad experience I received from an owner of a vehicle but Darian came to the rescue and fixed this issue!! Now I feel comfortable to rent again from TripCity!!

Diego was an amazing representative. I felt appreciated and valuable when asking questions and hoping for solutions. Diego provided me with premier service, helping me find solutions to my booking that have a couple hiccups to overcome. In all of my years of dealing with customer service agents, I've never felt more fortunate to have someone like Diego help me. Promote that guy immediately!!!

I really enjoyed talking with Tony he broke down and explained everything to me about the new sales tax and I really appreciated him for that because I had no idea the trip City was doing a sales tax but I understand the sales tax because Tripp city is growing and I am a happy to be a part of the trip City family and to see how well Tripp city is growing. I also like the mannerism of Tony he was very polite very professional very understanding and very patient. These are the type of people that I love to deal with when I call into a business Tony was very great keep him on your team you don't get great people like this.

HyreCar 2.0 basically. The same garbage car owners have switched to this website, along with their lemon cars... Plus no phone app for this website. If I could I'd give it no stars. If you live in Baltimore Avoid at all costs. iDriveLLC/Josh is a scammer.
