I was mildly apprehensive simply because I’d not heard of the company before but I needn’t have been. A quick call clarifying a few questions led to me be satisfied to place an order. Absolutely no problems at all, the laptop arrived the following day, well packaged and exactly as described. Would 100% use again and happily recommend.

Whilst travelling from Australia to London, my laptop was damaged during the trip beyond repair, with the airline accepting no responsibility.
I found a replacement via these guys at an unmatched rate, and it was delivered to my UK address within 24 hours.
I couldn't happier with the service provided by Richard, who was available via call to answer any questions I had.

I recently order a laptop through Triple 5 and was astonished how easy the process was. So refreshing to use a company who understands their customers.
My initial questions regarding product specification were answered promptly and comprehensively by the team at Triple 555. The customer aftercare is second to none and very important with techy stuff. The most astonishing thing was the speed of delivery - Ordered after 4pm, but still the laptop arrived by 10am the following day. Triple 5 is a cracking business, with customer service and value featuring high up on their priorities. Would highly recommend.

Even though the PC i brought for the office from Triple5 was the cheapest i had seen, it was still superb service from enquiring to ordering and receiving, brilliantly packaged with super fast delivery!
