Fraudulent services
This is a FRAUDULENT company. After I picked my flight, read my contract, and made the deposit, four hours later, they called telling me that I should ZELLE the payment and they would cancel the original because QATAR did not accept debit🤣😂. I called QATAR, and that was untrue. This is a MAJOR SCAM COMPANY, and everyone has a Middle Eastern accent with only 4 employees. I can’t believe they wanted me to ZELLE the payment and void their contract. FYI... Zelle is not responsible for fraudulent transactions, so they would have gotten away with it if I had done it. STAY AWAY."

This is a trap do not use this company,if you decide not to go ahead with the ticket they try to make you pay for it even though you didn't use the ticket,is this not against the law to charge people for a service they didn't use?

Europe Tour
We booked our last (March 2023) Europe Tour (Italy & Greece 14 days) with Trip Support. I can say the Team working in Tour Department are very knowledgeable about destination, tour and package planning. They make our whole trip comfortable, interesting and kept price within our budget. I will definitely recommend Trip Support for vacation planning.

I checked with Trip Support for my trip…
I checked with Trip Support for my trip to Philippines. The customer service Officer Ms. Mojgan was so helpful and found the best deal for me. They have an excellent payment plan in which the client can pay in easy installments called 'Book Now Pay Later'. I will definitely recommend Trip Support to all my friends and acquaintances due to their excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff.

THIEVES. PLAIN AND SIMPLE. ARBITRARILY WITHHELD $500 FROM CONSUMER AFTER CANCELLATION PLUS CHARGED A CANCELLATION FEE. NO OFFER OF A CREDIT, SIMPLY "TOO BAD FOR YOU PAL WE GOT YOUR MONEY AND THERE'S NOTHING YOU CAN DO" WHICH IS A FACT BECAUSE THESE FEES ARE UNREGULATED SO IT'S A WIN-FALL FOR THE COMPANY AND "SCREW YOU" CONSUMER. STAY AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE FROM THESE THIEVES.
