I have not received my order

I have tried countless products for my feet over the years, with varying degrees of success. Some have provided temporary results, while others have made very little difference. Your products, however, are in a league of their own — beautifully fragranced and, most importantly, incredibly effective.
After just one application of Foot Smooth, followed by daily use of the Foot Remedy Softening Butter Cream, my feet feel wonderfully soft and silky, and my previously dry, cracked heels are now beautifully smooth and crack-free.
I have since purchased several of your products and have been consistently impressed with every one. The entire experience, from the effortless ordering process and speedy delivery to the beautifully secure packaging, feels thoughtful and professional from start to finish.
Your products have genuinely transformed my foot-care routine, and I couldn’t be more delighted with the results. I will certainly be returning for more and would wholeheartedly recommend your range to anyone looking for truly luxurious and effective foot care.

Tropic has become my every day routine, from skincare to bath and body. Its alittle bit if me time in this busy life.
My skin is cleaner, softer and much more radiant.
I have now changed all my products over to tropic only as I believe they do exactly what they say.
The tamanu balm is fantastic ..
I love that its cruelty free, no nasties and a fantastic range for different skin types.

Worst company ever

Following on from a previous review, that I have since removed, as my experience overall has changed and would like to acknowledge and commend Tropic and the team for their follow up response and action after a poor experience.

I had an issue with an item that was left unresolved which led to a negative review and complaint; however, I would like to stress that following that action the team at Tropic immediately reacted and apologised for the experience and have made really positive improvements to rectify the situation. Hopefully, the situation was a one-off and I will not require customer support again but it is reassuring to know that the team are very much attentive and reactive even when things don’t go as planned.

In terms of Tropic itself, I will not use anything else! I use the skin care, sun care and make up ranges. My skin has improved enormously and it’s great to know that the products are good for you and the environment.

Thank you and respectfully for restoring my confidence in the brand I love.

Two of my sent items had broken in transit , they were both replaced in a day . Brilliant customer service.

It’s easy to order just go on the website, comes in a few days, refills are available which is great

I love my tropic skin care! My skin is feeling very good, I think I probably should have gone for either a more hydrating serum or moisturiser. But will speak to my ambassador and amend that for next time…BIG fan of the tamanu cream and the lemony lovely scrub.

The products are really lovely, good quality, nicely packaged & I feel that they’ve improved my skin. Whenever I put an order in, they are dispatched pretty much straight away, and usually arrive within three days. I’ve tried a wide range of products, now and none of them have disappointed.

Beautiful products naturally made

Started using tropics a few months ago and all there products are amazing! If I’ve ordered anything in the wrong shade ect it’s so easy to return and get a replacement, Royal Mail even collect it from your house ! So saves so much time , email to tell you every step off the way , can’t fault any of the products or the customer service , during lock down I stopped wearing make up and lost my way with it didn’t bother tried different products ect just didn’t like the heavy feeling of make up or tints as was to light ; but I’ve now fell in love again with doing my make up thanks to tropics and even love taking it off and putting all the products on , love the eye patches as they actually stay on ! So thank you tropics for making me fall in love again with make up and skin care .
