Sara has been a great help these past couple of days. She was quick to respond to my million questions, even the simplest most obvious questions. Wouldn't be able to get this far without her continued help.

Ich bin extrem unzufrieden mit Trotec Laser. Die Ersatzteile sind maßlos überteuert mit Preissteigerungen von bis zu 90% in zwei Jahren für den gleichen Ersatzteil . Noch schlimmer ist, dass die Teile immer wieder kaputt gehen – selbst bei normalem Gebrauch. Es fühlt sich an, als wären manche Komponenten absichtlich nicht langlebig, sodass man ständig nachkaufen muss.

Der Kundenservice reagiert oft langsam und bietet keine zufriedenstellenden Lösungen. Für den Preis der Maschinen und der Ersatzteile hätte ich eine deutlich bessere Qualität und besseren Support erwartet. Insgesamt eine sehr frustrierende Erfahrung.

Trotec has been a good partner for my business, I have a Trotec speedy 400 for 5 years and it worked well. Most of all even though I do not have a service contract with Trotec, they are always there to help. I appreciate their partnership

what I really appreciated was the quick responce time and efforts that were put into the getting the problem fixed with the tech sending me pictures and recommendations what to try before making me spend my hard earned money.

I had an excellent service visit today by NorCal rep Richard Laim. He quickly and expertly corrected a few issues I had with my 4 year old Speedy 400. Richard also went over basic maintenance and gave me a couple Ruby tips. Very impressed with Trotec and Richard

Erika was great, quick install of replacement laser. Friendly and efficient.

Brian And Sara have been extremely helpful with training and setup. They always go the extra mile.

Both Sara and Frank have been great help. I'm very new to the laser world and they where happy to hop on a Teams video call to work through all of my issues and questions! They are very quick to respond, even if I have some of the simplest questions! Wouldn't be able to get this far without their help!

Erika was the service tech who came to do the maintenance on my Speedy 100. She was very knowledgeable about the things that needed to be checked. It was a smooth experience, and everything runs great now. Erika was great.

The Trotec is King of the Laser world. We have bought Speedy 360 in 2020 but never got a single service call or changed even lense. This machine is like Horse to the industry. We were focusing on machine but the reality is Trotec is somebody who made this kind machine for permanent relief to the user like buy one time and use by the generations.
We would like to say special thanks to their team member SARA our representative from Totec always helpful and immediate support for further guidance.

Sara came by to help with issues in the transition from Job Control to Ruby. She showed us some basics that will be very useful. We then tried two key jobs and ran into the same issue with both. Mystery! Sara engaged Laser Dave and we sent the files for him to try. He identified the problem, recommended a workaround until it’s fixed, and we are all good now. I’m sure Laser Dave will push through a fix for the long term. One day turnaround - excellent support.

Trotec is amazing - Parminder always goes over and above for me, and it’s patience and friendliness. She makes the interaction so personal and pleasant.

Manny was so helpful last week when we were having some issues. He not only helped my team through a difficult problem, he called later in the day to follow up and make sure everything was ok!! THAT is customer service! Thank you Manny (I hope I am spelling you name correctly)
