There is no lower rating. I have yet to receive the product I ordered… except to say the deadline for return has passed. It has been charged to my account over 12 days ago. Terrible r experience… will never order from them again! So much for a Mother’s Day gift🤬

Trove powers Lululemon's "like new" store, which does not have its own listing on TrustPilot.

I was sent a pair of pants with a hole in the fly area. After a miserable experience with Support - being given the runaround and kicked to the top of the funnel multiple times - and even taking the pants to a retail location (they are restricted from helping with Trove's side of the business), the resolution they finally offered me was taking more time out of my day/wallet to return the item for a refund. They weren't even willing to offer a replacement.

Disappointingly, this business seems more focused on profit than on providing quality service. As a returning customer, I felt ignored and let down by their lack of attention to detail and disregard for resolving genuine concerns about their product’s quality.

Despite making promises to address the issue, no meaningful effort was made to follow through. I even offered reasonable solutions and allowed plenty of time for them to act, but they failed to take any constructive steps to resolve the problem.

Unfortunately, this experience has left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction.

Complete rip-off. Trove Swift is nothing more than a band of elastic with a bit of leather or carbon fibre poorly stitched on. Emailed the company, they replied after being chased, said what the website describes as "lining" is actually just the back of the carbon fibre rectangle. The front and back of the carbon fibre look and feel *exactly the same*, so to say there is a lining at all is risible. Did not even acknowledge the wonky stitching, which I could have done better with my at-home sewing machine. Website refers to 3 compartments/pockets and states Trove Swift can hold coins, which demonstrably it cannot as these simply fall straight out. You can get the same "wallet" effect by wrapping a rubber hairband around your cards. I never write reviews but at £45 this feels like an actual scam.

Best slim wallet i had so far. Prices correct if you are considering the very good quality of the products. I bought 3 of them, last around 2/3 years before the elastic start showing first signs of fatigue. Can be used for 1 or 2 years more after that. Excellent SAV. On of them got à default and it get replaced based on my photo without any question immediatly. Would buy again without any doubt

The support system here is by far the worst I've encountered.

I've been waiting weeks for a response to my emails. Despite providing clear evidence, including photos, of an issue with my wallet, I haven’t received a single reply. Even reaching out through the official website hasn't helped.

It's unacceptable.

Ordered a wallet, came next day. Fantastic quality, would buy again.

Just ok..

I love the look of it, but I feel that the elastic could be slightly bigger. Some of my cards have already been showing signs of being bent, even after a few days usage.

In short, it doesn't feel like it is worth the premium price.

I did send these comments to customer service, but they didn't respond.
