Happy to share a recent good experience with a car insurance company. I took out a Comprehensive Car Insurance policy with TrueCover. The whole process was easy. More importantly no pressure. The lady I spoke to was honest with her advice, knowledgeable and patient. Definitely worth checking out TrueCover and its list of features they offer. The Welcome Pack I received was very useful. A perfect fit for my needs and overall represent great value. Cheers.

James was truly amazing and and so knowledgeable.
James was truly amazing and knowledgeable man, he answered all our questions and asked if he could followed us up with a phone call in 2 weeks. He rang and answered any queries we had and won us. My car insurance is due in a few months and I know,where I will calling 👏👏

I managed to find 15 minutes during the day and it was enough to be put through straight away, answer all their questions, ask my own questions and get clear answers, be given a quote, and pay for the quote on the spot so my policy could start ASAP. Excellent customer service, very efficient, no pressure. Their quote spoke for itself so I signed up straight away and am saving hundreds compared to my old insurer. Highly recommend.

Saved heaps, quick and easy
Called during my lunch break and was immediately connected with James who was friendly and clear. I was given a much cheaper quote than my existing insurance, so I changed over on the same phone call. They let me pay over the phone immediately and I got my policy documents within minutes. They made sure to reminded me to cancel my previous expensive policy so I can get a partial refund from my old insurer. The online portal has all documents and details as promised. Fortunately I haven't had to submit a claim but it's obvious on the portal where I can do that, looks pretty simple and no nonsense.
