I agree with all of the negative reviews. I ordered a dress for $69.99 which looked beautiful online with detailed embroidery. What I received is a “dress” that looks like someone took two old pillow cases and stitched them together. A shapeless blob with an unsightly SEAM zigzagging across the front of the dress. This is a total scam and when I emailed to complain and to return I was advised I’ll be subject to “international” fees that could range up to $40 (this is supposedly a Miami based company and the dress packaging had a California mailing label). When I said I’m going to proceed to dispute the charge I received a series of emails offering to let me “keep” the dress and I’d receive a partial refund. Said partial refund continued to increase as I refused and insisted on returning to a US address. I refused each time and never received a US address to return. Do not buy under any circumstances!

I purchased two beautiful “cotton” dresses from this supposed boutique in Miami. My purchases arrived six weeks later from China. The dresses were made of polyester and the sleeves were comically long ( three to four inches). When I inquired about returning, I was told that I would need to pay shipping and tracking to send back to China. They recommended that, as there were no guarantees my returns would ever arrive there, I take the small portion of my full purchase that they would so kindly offer me. I ended up recovering the cost of the fraudulent purchase from my bank.

They're from China, not Miami.

The clothes are of terrible quality.

When you request a return, they say you need to send it back to China (on your expense) with tracking and pay a government fee. In the end, you realize you're going to lose your money anyway.

Its a scam!! Don’t order from them. They claimed my order was a linen set but was 100% polyester. The item looked nothing like the picture. It ships from China. They offered me a 10% discount to keep. I went through my credit card and got my money back. It is against the law to advertise that its linen but instead is polyester.

It is a fraudulent company. Super cheap material. Total ripoff. I will open claim with my card company and better business bureau

Extremely poor quality dress that took over three weeks to receive. It seems to be a store in Miami, but it is actually in China. The dress had to be worn because it was purchased for a specific occasion, and I didn't have a backup option. The fabric was fraying within two hours. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE!

Horrible!!! I ordered 2 dresses and they look NOTHING like what was pictured. Cheap material, extremely poor quality. I would recommend that you not buy anything from this website. Such a scam!

ordered an outfit from True Form Miami based on how it was advertised online, but what I received was significantly different in quality and appearance. The item did not match the photos or description.

What’s most frustrating is that there is no clear or responsive customer service contact. I’ve tried reaching out to resolve the issue, but have not received any reply.

This experience feels misleading and unprofessional. I would advise others to be cautious before purchasing, as there seems to be no reliable way to address problems if something goes wrong.

This business presents itself as a Miami-based boutique with items shipping within 3 business days, but there is no clear disclosure that products are shipped internationally. My order took several weeks to arrive, far beyond what is reasonably implied.

The bigger issue is that the items were not as described:
• Marjorie™ Linen Set: The material was cheap and poor quality, nothing like linen. The shorts looked like poorly made basketball shorts and were extremely long. I am 5’9” and they fell to my knee, which is not consistent with how the product is presented.
• Jaliyah™ Linen Mini Dress: This was drastically misrepresented. The product description claims a “premium linen-cotton blend” and “luxuriously soft” feel. In reality, the fabric felt synthetic and almost plastic-like. The dress was also extremely short, barely covering my hips, and not wearable as shown. Additionally, the print appeared on both the front and back, which was not clearly shown or described.

The marketing language suggests high-quality, breathable, natural fabrics and elegant fit, which does not match the actual product received.

When I attempted to return the items, I was told I would need to:
• Pay $30–$40 in international return shipping
• Assume full risk if the package is lost or damaged
• Wait up to 4–5 weeks for a refund

Instead, they push customers to accept a 20% partial refund.

This business model relies on misleading product descriptions, unclear shipping practices, and return policies that make refunds difficult and costly.

I would not recommend purchasing. The products are overpriced for the quality and not accurately represented.

I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company. The item I received did not match what was advertised online. When I contacted them within a few days of delivery, they acknowledged my request but refused to offer a reasonable return option. Going completely against the return policy on their own website.

Instead, I was instructed to ship the item internationally to China at my own expense, assume all risk of loss, and potentially pay customs fees—despite the issue being that the product was not as described.

Additionally, the company presents itself as being based in Miami, yet the items are shipped from China and returns are also handled in China, which was not disclosed at the time of purchase.

This was a very frustrating experience and not what I would expect from a reputable online retailer.

I was honestly a bit hesitant to order at first after reading some mixed reviews, but I’m so glad I gave them a chance. The dress I received is absolutely beautiful — the fabric feels soft and comfortable, and the fit was very flattering.

What really stood out to me was how confident I felt wearing it. It’s rare to find pieces that actually look good on real bodies, not just models, and this one delivered.

Shipping was smooth, and everything arrived in good condition. The quality definitely matched my expectations, and I’ve already had a few compliments when I wore it out.

Overall, a really lovely experience. I’ll definitely be ordering again 🤍
