True North Mortgage Reviews

We went to true north mortgage for mortgage switch and Sahaban Khan helped us to switch our mortgage, his customer service was amazing and he was able to get us a good rate and whole process was stress free and we did not face any pressure or difficulty.

STAY FAR AWAY from these people! They lie and deceive. Glad I found this out early in the game that they were playing. When I called to look into it they said I had to continue with the guy I first started talking to, WOW, didn't even want to try and fix the situation. I am so glad I went with someone else and I am glad I can let others know how crooked this company is.

As a new Canadian, buying my first home was a challenging experience. Sahaban guided me through the process step by step and patiently advocated for my best interests with the Canadian banks, helping me secure a deal that made my dream a reality. Now, I am the proud owner of my own home, which also accommodates my home-based business, and my future looks bright. I am truly grateful for his expertise and support.

What a relief to work with Sukhesh for my mortgage renewal after my current provider was a challenge to communicate with (and could not match the provided rate). Sukhesh was always super prompt responding in my preferred communication channels and handheld me through the process with patience, professionalism and expertise. Best experience renewing a mortgage i had in over 15 years. Thank you!

Maria went above and beyond from the beginning of the process up to to very last end. Thank you for the kindness and I am beyond grateful for your help specially assisting me and giving me options to solve the financial burdens which I think everyone is currently facing right now. Your support truly made a huge difference.

Working with Joyce for the second time was just as exceptional as the first. She was instrumental in helping me secure mortgage approval for my second home. Joyce is incredibly supportive, patient, and knowledgeable — guiding me through every step of the process with professionalism and care. The same outstanding experience I had with her during my first home purchase was repeated again, and I couldn’t be more grateful. I highly recommend Joyce for a more seamless mortgage application and approval process.

My Fiancée and I used Joyce Lee for the purchase of our new home. She was amazing and very knowledgeable. Joyce answered all of our questions and even got us a lower rate before the close of our house! I would highly recommend both Joyce and True North!!

To Hiren,
Thank you for the wonderful time dealing with you. We had a good experience going through with our mortgage, sometimes going through procedures are very confusing but you we're always there to explain and guide us all the way, you answered all our questions and worries. Thank you for helping us transfer our Mortgage to True North.

I had an amazing experience with Manthan, he is very knowledgeable and made buying my first home so much easier, he found me the best rate, wanted to work with me and honestly made a dream come true. I may not have been the most patient person to deal with but I'm happy with the way everything turned out.

Manthan was great, he was very helpful from the first call to closing. He answered all of our questions and got everything sorted out for us in our situation found the right people to get everything done. Right before before closing got us a better rate. I will use their services again and will recommend them to anyone needing mortgage help!

Sukhesh Menon assisted us in attaining our first mortgage. He worked with us through the pre-approval process months ahead of purchasing our first home, and then upon having a tight timeline, did everything possible to ensure we were provided the best approved rate. To say I was impressed by the customer service provided would be an understatement and on top of this review, I will be directed all of my friends who are prospective home buyers to him as he gained a level of trust with us that was unmatched.

Verone was absolutely amazing. We had barriers to home owning but he was still able to get us a great rate. Because of his hard work, we were able to secure our home in under 2 weeks. Communication was consistent and transparent. All of my questions were answered, some not even pertaining to the home we were buying but housing markets in general. I would definitely recommend.

Just recently Robert Dang helped me with my mortgage renewal and I am so happy that I went with him. This is the first time I've used a mortgage broker as I was always risk averse and thought it would be safest to go with the banks but after my experience with Robert, I know who to call from here on for my mortgage needs in the future. He was so responsive throughout the ordeal and always explaining all the terms and breaking it down to make it easy for me to decide. I am one of those customers who asks a lot of questions as I like to always understand what I am signing for. He made the whole process so easy and most of all gave me the best deal by far as I still shopped around on my own and his offer blew my best offers away. I highly recommend you try giving Robert a chance at competing for your mortgage and I would not be surprised that he will win your business.

Karamjeet made our process much less painful than it could be. He was always on top of our file, highly responsive and a pleasure to deal with. In a world where customer service is not always the best, Karamjeet showed us that true service is alive and well at True North Mortgage
