Very great customer service!
They initially sent me a faulty batch of the 200ml Shea butter oil, but when I emailed them they sent me another one free of charge! And it smelt and felt divine

I first found out about True Organics London at Afro Hair and Beauty show, I tried the mint shea butter and have never looked back since. Their products are lovely and well crafted. I also used their Shea body oil and it was amazing on my skin whilst on holiday. Their customer service was great and I was kept updated with my deliveries on time.

The BEST exfoliator I have ever used, the tumeric scrub is so gentle yet effective and I’m obsessed! Already onto a third repurchase. The body oil and creams smell incredible too- I cannot recommend true organics enough 🙌🏻

LOVE the prodcuts. My friend bought me a gift of the shea body oil and the whipped body butter for christmas. Now I have tried alot of organic/natural skincare products, but these are really some stand out items! I have just received my delivery of a new set of each and I cant wait to use them again. I will be a repeat customer for sure. Highly reccommend

I never ever write reviews and that’s the truth but honestly I had to for this body butter, I met the lovely owner at North Weald market at their stall and I purchased the supreme whipped body butter and that was 5 months ago and I’ve only just run out of the tub now!! Honestly I could never use any other moisturiser on my skin and have just ordered the set version which comes with the oil to which I am excited to try as I know i am going to love it just as much as I do the butter, a little goes a long way and I’ve never felt more soft and moisturised in my life and it smells and melts amazing on the skin leaving me glowing. Could not fault this product one bit absolutely amazing bit of magic you have created as a business and I will continue to recommend and purchase.😊

there website was very informative and helpful when deciding what to buy. i had already brought from true organics before and i wanted to get my mum the same thing. i found there body butter had been the best once i’ve tried ever and i love it. i very much recommend this brand to anyone. and they shipped my package out very quickly which was a bonus.

Absolutely love these products. So far I’ve tried the vanilla shea and mango body butter, the shea and coconut body cream and the peppermint and vanilla body scrub. They are all wonderfully moisturising, smell delicious and brilliant for very dry skin. So delighted to have found True Organics and have recommended to family and friends.

I have only just bought my first pot of Supreme Vanilla Shea and Mango whipped body butter, but on first impression, it smells lovely and is creamy and rich. Really looking forward to trying it out!

Honestly one of the best body butters I’ve used. It’s so smooth, the application is so easy and it absorbs straight into your skin. I had a lot of hyperpigmentation around my knee area and my hands, and the Shea & Mango body butter has literally brightened up my skin and even my skin tone. It has boosted my confidence now. Literally the best skincare products. Brought some at a market and had to order more before it runs out! The ONLY skincare I will use going forward! Smells amazing and feels EVEN BETTER!!! Whipped vanilla and mango butter and the body oil!! TO DIE FOR!!!!

Prompt delivery, great packaging and the product is just delicious. Not my first purchase and certainly won’t be my last!

Must also say, the price point is a lot lower than what’s out there but yet, there’s no compromise on the quality of the product. Would even go as far as saying, probably the best out there (I’ve tried a few in recent years, too!).
