The terms of service were never confirmed in writing, and seemed to be different with each customer service provider. BEWARE 24hr delivery WINDOW. You can only book the date. 24hrs before a shorter window will be given at a time not influenced by your convenience. Very strange business model to expect people to leave a day closed off for them to arrive. Ridiculous, unless you are housebound.
Poor communication between customer service rep and service rep. Consistently failed to follow up. Expect to make a lot of unnecessary phone calls, and be frustrated.
Definitely NOT Customer oriented in anyway.
Easier to buy the product yourself, and pay a Student to get it down for you.
