Beware!!!
Bunch of spammers it's all they do is feed me spam 15 a day you block them report them they send you 15 more from a different email they're a bunch of scam and spammers avoid at all costs give them zero information. I've reported to the better Business bureau.

Trugreen never comes when they say they will. I keep my dog kenneled for the day and the gate unlocked and they never come. All day I get notifications that they are coming, but they delay, day after day. They will lie and say they can’t treat due to weather (perfect weather) or a locked gate.
When they do finally come, they only treat part of the yard. They will do the whole front yard, but the backyard is barely touched. I have cameras and I see them skip 80 percent of the back yard while fully treating the front. This has happened at least 50 percent of the time over the past few years of service.

You cannot. I mean cannot get anyone local on the phone. There is no way to contact the local office and that’s how they like it. They don’t want to talk to us and address the problems. I hate that. I want to be able to call a local office and discuss my issues and share videos of skipped back yard.

Overall, the front yard does look good. And that’s why I have kept them. But I have to call multiple times during the year to complain about inadequate treatment for the back yard. Calling to some nationwide line is a nightmare and there is no personalized service. They may give me a discount on future service or something. But really I just want the service done right the first time!!!!

Trugreen Memphis needs a direct line that we can text or call to address concerns. They need to come when they say they will! If you’re not coming, don’t tell me you are. It’s a terrible inconvenience for my family.

Who is the manager here? Don’t you care about talking to your customers????

My Husband and I contacted TruGreen late September 2023 about grubs in our yard and asked about a service to get rid of them. We were quoted a rate of $88.92 for the first month and then $130.00 after that. Our yard was serviced in October, November and December 2023. We were charged $88.92 in October. We were charged $130.60 in November. BUT in December and January we were charged $139.86...more than what we were originally quoted for the service. TruGreen had to come out more than once to try and get rid of the grubs, which are still in our yard. In December we asked that our credit card be changed to another one. The January payment did not get taken out of the new account we gave them so they issued a refund for $139.86 on our old credit card account and rebilled the new account for $139.86 in January. As far as we were concerned our debt with TruGreen had been fulfilled. Our yard was not looking any better at all. Our neighbors said they thought it looked worse. A call was made on January 30, 2024 to cancel the service. As far as we knew our service had been cancelled. In early March we received a letter from a collection agency, asking for $359.34 in a past due balance. We has service with TruGreen for 3 months and paid for 4 months. How can anyone be past due? PLEASE do not use this company. It was a waste of our hard earned money to pay for a service we never received cause the grubs are still there. Thank GOD we have kept records of our payments and those copies were sent to the collection agency. Called them today and 60 days to let us know their decision.

TruGreen did, in good faith, waive the balance to our account. We appreciate all they did in this situation. We feel both parties will be making different decisions and efforts in the future to ensure everyone involved is totally aware of their responsibilities.

For the second time, immediately after a fertilizer application, I found several areas of my lawn with little or no evidence of the granules in my grass. I was told by another TruGreen employee that they have to treat 30-40 yards a day and have to go fast. I do not want to pay for partial coverage of my yard and have to request a second treatment. The customer service agent and their supervisor on the phone were not answering my questions. I am disappointed with the quality of your service.

Trugreen pretended to fertilize my lawn but did not. My lawn looked the same after receiving the hanging bill from my doorknob everytime. Today, I witnessed it myself on RING. He parked the truck, ran to the door, hung the bill, ran back to his truck, and sped off. I was told by Trugreen, “Ben provided the service.” He did not. I canceled my service and will get a refund for this none service. I am black.

TruGreen gives Trust Pilot bad reviews the exact, same answer, and they never notice or do anything about it.

This is a repeat of my last review.
I signed up for TruGreen and prepaid for a year. I saw the so-called tech Brandon treat my lawn in less than 5 minutes, and he never went over the weeds location. He also did not treat part of my yard. After reading all the reviews of how difficult it is to get a refund, and how many people have stated that Brandon stopped for a few minutes and just put flags on lawns without treating the lawn, and after talking with several different customer service agents at TruGreen, I do not trust them and want to cancel and get a complete refund. I am living on social security and just cannot afford to pay for something that doesn't work. I got a refund for some of my payment, they still owe me $88.70.
