I have had TruGreen for over a year
I have had TruGreen for over a year. I have underground irrigation (Netafim). I asked when I signed up to flag my account NO AERATION as it could damage the Netafim underground irrigation. On 9/9/2022-TruGreen did the aeration by mistake. I was out of town and got an email that this service was done.When I returned from a trip I found the system had no damage. I immediately emailed them when I got the email the service had been done in error-- they didn't charge me for this service. I asked to meet with a manager to discuss progress on their planned program for my yard. I really wanted to show this team a part of my yard ( on other side of a driveway) that technician was missing and not treating. My main lawn looks good--this other strip looks terrible. Same irrigation, same sun exposure. I called 1 800 # and spoke to very nice people in corporate. Via email and then verification calls we set up an appointment on 10/3/2022. No one called, and no one showed up. I called corporate again and they scheduled me to meet a manager from Sacramento office on 10/7/2022--again verified via phone with corporate. Again --no one showed up and no one called. It seems they are too busy to interact with customers and keep appointments---- or they don't care about discussing issues with customers. Either excuse is unacceptable. I will quit using them as of today. Be wary when you sign up.
