I’ve ordered from this company twice and everything from the customer service to the quality of the veneers are amazing. I just placed my second order after four years (honestly would’ve lasted me longer, but I wore them when I was eating a lot which they don’t recommend) I was pregnant and had my baby 6 weeks early so I was going back and forth to the NICU a lot and they expedited my impression kit out of genuine kindness. I would 1000% recommend this company to anyone! Definitely worth the money.

It felt like a personable experience being able to chat to with the impression specialists! Great quality and made in a timely fashion!

Although I haven’t gotten the actual veneers yet, I did get an approval email today stating that my impressions were approved today. So far, the process in getting these veneers has been really seamless and positive. From placing the initial order to having my individual video instruction helping me create the veneers, everyone I’ve spoken to has been friendly and supportive in their responses to my questions. I am grateful I chose TruSmile Veneers to assist me with a better smile. Thanks you to everyone who has helped me in this journey.

I first had gone with a different company for my veneers I was ghosted and lost $$$. So I was skeptical to go with any company of that matter. I seen some of the bad reviews prior so that scared me a tad but I seen a few TikToks of people wearing them & I was on board. Tru smile was very efficient and helpful and honestly I had great customer service they always got back to me within 48 hours even when I’d message late and on the weekends. There instructions were very clear and I had no struggle getting the impressions. I have not received my veneers yet but I do have high hopes as everything else in this process so far has exceeded my expectations.

Getting started with TruSmile has been very simple and easy. They were quick to send out the impression kit, and the directions were easy to understand. The only suggestion I have for improving my experience is regarding the second impression kit. I had an issue with my top impression and had to purchase another kit, which meant waiting for it to arrive, sending it back, and then waiting again. I wish there was a way to streamline this process to make it easier and faster.

Super easy to get started. Easy to follow instructions. Fast delivery. Mold kit was super simple. Website could be easier. But overall very satisfied.

If i could rate them a 10 stars i would, i want to say that ive been using them for a very long time almost a decade. customer service is top tier!!!! they have great color options and of course i picked holly wood shade. , they respond in a timely manner and care about the customer over all i would recommend them to anyone looking for a good option for a top or bottom set. i have gotten both top and bottom and my first pair lasted me 5 plus years.. i would recommend them before i ever recommend anyone else... i will use this product from them for LIFE!!
