I have had a number of issues since placing my order. The first impression kit did not go very well for me, the second one I ordered was lost in the mail. Everything that has gone wrong, TruSmile has gone above and beyond to help correct the issues, even though nothing that happened was their fault.

Their customer service is truly awesome.

Pro tip: Use their impression specialist to do your kit. It's free and it really does help you avoid issues.

This “business” needs to be shut down. They are ripping people off. They are charging $500 for uppers and lowers that aren’t hardly worth $5. This leaves the customers feeling duped. The low reviews are the authentic ones. The material they use to generate them are not durable. They will crack and split. They also can be sharp around the edges. Food gets stuck in the crevices of them and will cause a great deal of decayed funk to expel from your mouth. It’s a capital NO!!! Consider yourself warned!! This experience made me go from hopeful and excited to embarrassed and disappointed real quick. It’s totally not worth it. And they will refuse to offer you a refund. Not even a fraction of the price.

The process of getting the maid took a while, I guess because of the way I have it overbite in my teeth once receiving, though my confidence was boosted. It was able to do online lives for my selling boutique and take more photos as they made me feel great confidence to smile I have had them about two years now !

I am writing this review becuase Trusmile vaneers recieved a bad review from me a few months ago. The service i recieved was utterly horrible. The response from that review was manipulative and unprofessional. Now I have been offered a free set of arches if redo my reviews. The lower arch has cracked not even a month after receiving it 2 months later than I expected and not with the top arch which was recieved a week prior all this after months on months of delays and mess ups with their labs and only to find out about their refund policy which becomes invalid before they are even shipped. So they gave me an ultimatum to get a replacement free of charge as it costs them 245 dollars or somthing and another 145 dollars to expedite it for me.. that's the cost they are paying for this. All this of course is my fualt according to the response on my initial review from them. I have thought about this becuase I can't really work with out them so I thought about doing what they want me to do which is lie. But I have integrity. The product is shit. It cracked, they will not replace it like they should. They are thief's. My entire order Cost me hundreds of dollars for them to insult me and then manipulate me. They sre upsrt i named the escalations person who has proposed this so ive bern asked to take the persons nsme out, interesting. She is the person who I will be filing a police report against for fruad. Readers of this you are asking for a rip off if you use thus company. They will cheat you. They will attempt to cover it. Theyvwill respond with untrue statements. They will steal your money and hide behind fine print, all while playing good guys when they are stealing from you hoping your stupid enough to fall for it. I'm still well within the statute of limitations and all of this will be given to the district attorney, and my attorney. There's your new review.. how about you provide me for what I paid for over a year ago and make it of quality!

Upon receiving the veneers my boyfriend was so excited, once he put them on, i saw a smile from him that i had not seen before, i could see the confidence instantly appear. Trusmile veneers gave my love his smile back and he couldn't be happier !

Company responds quickly and very nice and helpful

I previously ordered a pair of veneers from a competitor that I actually liked a lot & get compliments on. That being said, I’m so glad I switched! Not only did I save a few dollars, these look great & the fit is far better!!! I live getting compliments on having a great smile & the customer service was very helpful. I will definitely be recommending them to family & friends.

I just wanna say had bad teeth trauma as a kid waited to long to get treated the “boom “my whole life changed once my front tooth got pulled out I was furious and didnt know what to do then I found out about true smile best thing I ever did and customer service is great.the impression kit a lil try so make sure you call a agent or watch the video but they also gave me free impression kit when I messed up . It’s been a year since I had them great!!! Job

I have thoroughly enjoyed the entire process of trusmileveneers and am so excited to see the final result!! The process was very simple. You receive the kit in the mail, fit them to your teeth and send in the molds! They do the rest ! They also have payment plans for those who can't afford it outright! Will be back to review the actual product but so far so good!

If I could give 0 stars, I would, they take forever to respond. They are not helpful they are rude and condescending and Judgmental. They don't respond back to you. If you send in a mold or a dental cast to help aid in the process they won't return it to you unless you harass them and nag them. then they make you pay $26 to get it back. They don't follow through. Or keep to payment plans or agreements?. They are absolutely the worst, and i mean the worst company i've ever had to deal with.
