I was a little worried about doing my will. Will &Trust made the process so easy. Anytime I had a question or wasn’t sure about something they were always there to help me. It was really easy to do my will and trust. If you’re not iusure about what to do go on their website you will not be disappointed!😊

My experience with Trust & Will was great. The format and steps were easy to follow.

Trust & Will is a great one stop shop for me to have prepared both, power of attorney, health directives, outline of assets, certification of trust after years of dreading to do so. So, much was explained throughout the online process that I learned all the more best approaches to securing my legacy. It was so convenient to be able to verify about what each type: Will and/or Trust affords in the event of death or there before by using the roll through of various related subtopics in order to complete or ignore a recommended document until more clarification/legal or not can be offered. After having all documents completed, I downloaded them / reviewed them / made needed changes, saved— and downloaded for on the spot notarization and two witnesses (via Yelp). The documents are secured now, and I have a renewed peace of mind. — The services are reasonably priced.

My sister and I are appointed co-executors of my late father’s estate/will in Mar 2023. We have been working with Derek(probate specialist) and Andre(attorney thru T&W). At first things were slow and Derek said they had a “new to t&w” atty. for us to work with. Their communication didn’t involve both of us many times despite Derek saying he’d include us both and it’s not an issue. We even asked if there had to be a single executor but he said he can accommodate us both and that we’d both get exact same correspondence. He sent an email which was only sent to one of us stating they were closing our account if we didn’t reply in a months time Feb 10. It went to my sister’s spam folder and we just realized it mere days later and I emailed Derek immediately. His response was, “we didn’t receive contact by March 12th and closed your case, wish you best of luck”. All I wanted was communication to both of us so we can get my dear father’s case resolved. My father’s case was as simple as they get, had a good will and no objections by any heirs involved and he didn’t have a business, etc., EASIEST OF EASY CASE. We chose the lawyer option so that things go as smoothly as possible as both executors are very busy, I’m going thru a messy divorce and my sister battling debilitating health issues while obtaining her masters degree. You’d think that’d matter, just a little but, no. They have washed their hands of us “trouble makers” now. They got our money, on to the next, right? You’d think they’d want to save face, especially knowing the attorney they appointed us was new to the court district(term unsure) and sucks with effective communication, sure has plenty of time to do YouTube videos but can’t give us the right person’s papers. Example:Upon sending one document to my sister he put my father’s cover letter with some other parties info/papers attached to it. Then he didn’t resend the correct info. I emailed Derek several times with no clear answers after his Oct 2024 email to me stating that he “thinks” we’re on the home stretch and things are almost complete. I tried several times to use the website’s chat function but to no avail. Best of luck? What are we supposed to do now, they have all our information and released back to us nothing. I would think they’d would at least provide us the packet with what has been done, what still needs to be done and court documents.
I wouldn’t use this company if my life depended on it and this conduct, especially with such sensitive legal matter is utterly reprehensible. No excuse, especially when they know, if they bother to look, I wasn’t sent the cancellation email, an executor to the will. I know in absolute certainty that I didn’t get a cancellation email, woulda responded immediately. I wasn’t sent half the emails. Also, T&W has both our phone numbers and that is usually a better way to reach someone when something as serious as this is about to occur. No call either. No attempt at meaningful contact, just best of luck, huh? We wish to get this completed as we are essentially stranded and owe taxes on the estate with no way of knowing how(I’m out of state). Stated in my email to Derek that we still wish to get this done and I would put aside differences up until now to constructively get this done. Trust & Will, it’s in your court now, so to speak. Doubt they’ll do anything though.

Have been working with this site since Dec 2025 and STILL have no accessible documents! When I complained, one rep told me my account had been switched from Will to Trust, WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! Same rep threatened to shut down my account. Had to go to a Manager call, if it truly was a manager. Now my beneficiary is unable to access my draft on line, despite update to that issue done last week. I have serious medical concerns. I simply want to review my documents with my beneficiary, finalize documents and execute them BEFORE I get any sicker! This site takes your money fast but delivers worse than a turtle running the race backwards! Bet this review won’t make it to the public either! And this is a PERSONAL account, NOT A BUSINESS ACCOUNT!!!!

April 10, 2026. Have just been notified. At 12:03 am the papers have been mailed to me and it will take a week to arrive! Does this make sense to anyone?

So grateful for the quality and personal experience I have had with Trust & Will. This is a complicated topic and for many like me, overwhelming. Ashley and all the folks have been thoughtful and clear in their communication and support. Gosh - even the notary and witnesses came to my house. I was skeptical at first, but decided to investigate. I was surprised how thorough it was for anyone needing a Will, Power of Attorney and Healthcare legal documents we all need. The program is easy to follow & complete. There is lawyer assistance option offered at each document if desired with a cost given. May not be an option for people with a complicated estate or legal needs, but for the majority of us it is perfect. Thank you for this benefit.

The website is easy to navigate, with helpful decision making tips along the way. I still have a lot more work to do.
A Will is fluid and changes as my needs and those who I've included in my Will go through changes in their lives.

Trust and Will is unsurpassed in this arena. The web site is set up extremely well. It allows the user to take all the necessary steps to write a will and makes it easy. And their services extend beyond the mere writing, to the signing, to updating, and to create a trust. All at a low price, in my opinion. And the personal touch helps me fill confident that it was completed correctly. They follow up with personal customer service with emails and phone calls! You can't go wrong with this company.

Much easier and seamless experience than I expected. Although I've known for years that I needed to create a will, I've dreaded doing it. Trust & Will was mainly plug & play, yet allowed me to create specific documents for various sections that directly outlined how I wanted specific things handled. Great value for the money and the peace of mind I now have regarding my wishes.

Truly an amazing company! They respond to your email and they reach out with a real person rather than a robot! To me, this is not the easiest things in life to plan for and this company has truly been a blessing with helping us through the process! They do not nickel and dime you over everything either!

Savannah was so helpful helping me finalize my estate planning. She was very patient and walked me through every step of it. I have been putting it off because I was just overwhelmed with the process and she made it so easy. I highly recommend Trust and Will and especially Savannah.

Do NOT use Trust & Will if you actually care about where your money goes when you die.

I paid $199 for a Will and discovered a serious flaw: if someone you leave money to dies before you, Trust & Will automatically decides it goes to their heirs — their children, their spouse, their family — people you may have never met and never intended to receive a penny of your money. You have absolutely no say in it. You don't get to decide. The document decides for you.

When I asked to fix it? Can't be done. The documents are locked and cannot be customized. I even offered to remove the one sentence causing the problem myself — they told me that would make the entire Will legally invalid. One sentence they refuse to change makes the whole thing useless.

I was reasonable about it — I didn't even ask for a full refund. I asked for a partial refund since the Will is completely unusable for my needs. Denied.

Their advice? Go hire a real attorney. Gee, thanks — that's exactly what I was trying to avoid by paying YOU $199.

The healthcare and power of attorney forms still work fine, which is the only reason this isn't a 1-star review. But the Will — the whole reason most people buy this — is a trap. You think you're in control of your estate. You're not.

Save your money. Hire an actual attorney or find a platform that lets you make your own decisions about your own assets.
