When my son passed his driving test and was eager to borrow the car, I decided to get Audioguard. It gave me peace of mind by protecting the car and letting me monitor his driving to make sure he was safe. The tracker itself is excellent with driver behaviour alerts, but the audio recordings really add another level. I can hear what’s going on inside the vehicle - whether he’s behaving with friends in the car or using his phone while driving.

I was so impressed that I bought 2 more trackers: one for my work van and another for my wife’s car (just the standard version without the audio for those). It’s brilliant being able to log in and see where everyone is. My wife even jokes that she knows exactly when I’m on my way home so she can get dinner ready - though I’m still waiting for that part to actually happen!

This audio tracker is discreet and very effective. The sound quality is surprisingly clear for such a small device.

I operate a fleet of ice cream vans, each now equipped with a wired tracker. The device itself was very quick to install, the app is straight forward and packed full of lots of useful tools.

I was surprised by how small the device is, it’s a great tracker with very accurate live tracking. I ordered the device through Amazon whilst it was in sale so got a great deal and the subscription is very reasonable.

I bought Proconnect as a gift for my dad’s birthday. He’s recently bought a new car, and I thought he’d like the extra security of a tracker. I went for proconnect because you can just plug it in and not have to mess around with wires. Super easy, and even though my dad isn’t very tech savvy, he’s found the app really easy to use.

I’ve been having issues with youths causing damage to my car - keyed paintwork, punctured tyres, the lot. I do have a camera on my house but can’t always park directly outside.

After speaking with Trusted Trackers, they reassured me that their device would pick up voices from outside the vehicle. I decided to give it a try and installed one with the NoiseNinja feature activated overnight.

On the third night, I got an alert on my phone that noise had been detected. Sure enough, the group was gathered around my car. They ran off as soon as I shouted at them but when I checked the recording afterwards, it had captured a couple of minutes of clear audio - I even managed to make out 2 of their names.

The device has already made a huge difference, I feel much more secure knowing it’s there.

From day one, this company has been a pleasure to deal with. Everything felt simple and stress free, from ordering to setting things up. It feels like they genuinely care about their customers, not just about selling.

The staff were really helpful from the start. I had a few questions before ordering and the chap I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. I needed to know more about the different power saving modes on the Flexitrack tracker, he took the time to discuss which option would work best for me and also explained other features that the device offers. I preferred to process the order online but was advised once I received it to just call or message them and they’d set the device up exactly how I needed. The tracker itself feels solid, well made and great quality. Really pleased with both the service and product.

Very clever device. Recordings are clear, and the device is exactly as advertised. Impressive for such a small device.

The support I received was outstanding, something that’s rare to find these days. They even reach out via WhatsApp to offer assistance, which makes it so convenient to send a quick message instead of having to call and wait on hold. The setup was straightforward, but I did have a few questions about enabling and accessing recordings. They quickly provided clear, step by step screenshots and offered a call back to walk me through the app and its features.

Absolute game changer! I purchased Audioguard, more expensive than just a basic tracker but well worth the cost. It has given me answers I couldn’t have found otherwise. I cannot recommend this device enough.

I first purchased a tracker when leaving my car at an airport for several weeks, simple for added peace of mind whilst we were away. Since then, I’ve kept it installed because the app has so many useful extras. Such as, when my husband borrows the car, I can set up address based alerts to know when the car arrives and leaves a location. It’s far more convenient than constantly checking live tracking. Plus I can also set an alert to know if he’s speeding!

The ordering process was straightforward, delivery was quick, and the product quality exceeded expectations. What stands out most is the reliability of their product and the level of customer support provided. Knowledge, friendly and UK based which makes a big difference. Pricing is competitive and transparent, no hidden costs. Overall it’s reassuring to deal with a company that offers both dependable devices and excellent support.
