Not to be trusted, avoid Which as a company
I use to he a member of Which, however due to covid I lost my company.
I now work for another company in the same trade, they signed up with which paying the initial setup charge, because which found out I work for this company they declined (after taking the money of course)
The upsetting thing is my old which subscription had 100% positive feedback.
Which Trusted Traders are not to be trusted, they rob your money
Please avoid, checkatrade is much better and the traders are also vetted.
Following your very stupid reply, I do not want to talk to you, just want to warn other traders of your behaviour and not to touch you.

Professional Tree Care Service
Great experience with KW Tree Care workers they were on time fast, efficient and kept us updated on the work as they progressed, well impressed with the result. Site left tidy you would not have believed they had been there. Would certainly recommend them for their professionalism

Which? Trusted Traders: Great at Hiding Negative Reviews, Not Great at Transparency
I submitted a negative review of ESTU Limited to Which? Trusted Traders and followed every step they asked, including email verification. Their site told me I would be contacted as part of the moderation process, but I never heard from anyone.My review has not been published, and my request for an update was ignored.This makes me question whether the Trusted Traders scheme is giving consumers a full and honest picture. If negative reviews are delayed, buried, or simply never published, then the platform becomes misleading by design.Based on my experience, I would not rely on Which? Trusted Traders when choosing a company.
Update: In response to Which Trusted Traders (WTT) comment. Curiously, within two hours of reviewing WTT on Trustpilot, WTT published my review of ESTU Ltd. I will be interested to see how long it remains published. Their comments don’t address their poor communication.

Which is Worth It
Following a disagreement with a Trusted Trader I was able to involve Which and with the constructive and very helpful assistance of Nathan Harris the matter was resolved with a satisfactory outcome for both parties. This would have been difficult to achieve if the option of alternative dispute resolution had not been available. Definitely worth employing a Trusted Trader.
