I received the phone call at the correct time, having had two previous reminders so I didn't miss it and given opportunities to reschedule or cancel.
I spoke to Adam Sym, who summarised the details initially to ensure he had understood my situation correctly. He listened carefully to me, ensuring that they could provide what I wanted. He was very clear and easy to understand, using everyday terminology. He also seemed to understand quickly the personal information side of my enquiry, where occasional family circumstances did not necessarily facilitate matters. My phone call was followed up immediately with a confirmation email.
I now feel very clear on how to proceed and what to expect as an outcome and the probable time frame.
I was also most pleasantly surprised that there would be no additional charge for the service I require.
I would feel very comfortable making further contact with the company if necessary.

Forgive me if I go on too long but I can't thank or praise Trustestate enough.
We recently lost our mum, we knew she had a will. As executor I contacted the holders of the will, only to find they had installed themselves as co-executors and we were in shock as she would never agree to that. I read the reviews and was horrified at what we could potentially expect to lose not only financially but control of the estate.
I looked around for advice but other companies didnt offer much help. I came across Trustestate and they were fantastic. They video called me with advice and how to move forward.
I took their advice and the result was that I managed to get the company of co executors to stand down. Trustestate didnt charge me for their time and didnt ask for anything in return. They were concerned and happy to hep me. They gave me confidence and support at a very vulnerable and painful time. There are so many sharks out there waiting to pounce when you are not thinking straight. It was so comforting to come across a company that showed compassion and who I felt I could trust. I (and my family) will be forever grateful.
I felt so safe that I went on to keep my control as executor and used their online probate service which was simple to use.
