They have tried to call me several times.
When I need their assistance, I will ask for it.

Brian from Trustkeys managed to get us out of a bad contract that we were tied into, and helped us get a much better deal. The best deal he came up with was with British Gas. Just to check, I contacted them direct for their best deal. However, because Trustkeys is a broker, their deal was far better, even including their commission than what British Gas could offer me directly. Thank you Brian for looking after us!

The broker was helpful and honest - gave me a range of suppliers to choose from and understood how our usage affected which suppliers had the best offers for us.

We got in touch with Trustkeys when we had been experiencing billing issues with our energy supplier for several months, Brian jumped on this straight away and took over all correspondence to sort out the billing and signed us up to a new electricity contract, saving us both time and money. He then found us a cheaper contract for our gas too. The customer service has been great throughout with quick responses and resolutions.

As the senior manager of a large taxi office, it fell to me to arrange contracts for our electricity and gas. I was contacted by Jess at Trustkeys who just happened to call at just the right time for a contract renewal. She did a great job in negotiating on our behalf in the minefield of available tariffs and contracts out there. Her manager Brian is contactable by phone without going through all those time consuming phone menus and has just helped me to get access to our online portals for printing bills etc. If you worry about them getting the business and never hearing from them again, you need not worry. Great service and they have my loyalty from now on. I believe they are only a small but growing business, I wish them well. With great customer service, they will not stay small for long.
