Transparent pricing & well working website
I've been using Trustname for a long time, and unlike many others in the industry, they don't bait you with steep discounts in the first year, only to hit you with high renewal fees later. Their prices are consistently reasonable for both the first year and renewals. Plus, they don't charge for domain privacy or name servers. It's a fantastic service for anyone holding domains for the long term and looking at total cost. I can't remember ever having a problem with them. I'm a happy customer.
