These are not chocolate bars. They are chocolate flavoured and that makes a huge difference. They tasted of milk and oil, but not chocolate. Tried a peanut one (snickers), a crunchy choc one and a toffee one. Wish I hadn’t bothered. Just eat the well-known versions and skip these. They’re rank.

I ordered a mixed box... It said it contained hazelnut, chocolate, orange and vanilla. When it arrived it contained the peanut one. I'm allergic to peanuts! So they did not deliver what they advertised and they are not replying to emails.

I ordered 6 box of chocolate for someone who avoids salt but they taste too salty. NICKS would not accept a return because it is food. I wish i had known it before placing my order.

Saturated fat is high protein is low

I bought two boxes a few days ago and they arrived today. Daughter has tried them when they are for my keto diet and she said they are really good. The service was good although communication could have been a bit more. After purchase I checked trustpilot and then was worried I wouldn’t get the products, but it’s been very good service overall and the bars were recommended outside and inside my house. Looking forward to eating these and ordering more.

I was initially worried about ordering these, as I didn’t think to check Trustpilot until afterwards, and some people seem to have issues with delayed orders. But I have to say, I’m soooo impressed! I ordered on a Friday and the bars arrived by afternoon of the following Tuesday. And they are absolutely DELICIOUS!! The best low carb bars I’ve ever tasted for sure! ….Making my gestational diabetes so much more bearable!

Absolute god send.

I have a sweet tooth and for me my go to diet to drop the lbs has been a low carb diet. However I have struggled for years with the fact that i am depriving myself of that one guilty pleasure. Not any more. I absolutely love the protein wafers (mixed box all flavours). That with a cup of tea is just heaven after a stressful day or a busy day of work to sit with a brew and feel like your indulging in a sweet treat when actually on a strict low carb diet is brilliant. Iv tried most and I love all (I think there was one I don’t like). I know a lot of people say they are not keto friendly and knock you out of ketosis but Iv lost a lot of weight on my low carb and had one of these a day and still got my goal. Never had delivery problems.

I have started a diet and lost a stone and 5lbs in 5 weeks i love chocolate and caramel and all things sweet but i had to cut back to nothing basically. So my wife went on line and found lots of lovely healthy things full of protein and low sugar or with a subsitute sugar and they are amazing. She found some chocolate bars by a company called Nicks and i cannot believe i can eat these products whilst dieting but obviously sensibly. They are absolutey some of the best chocolate bars i have ever tasted and i can eat these one a day with a good cup of coffee and i really look forward to it. The best is a chocolate and almond caramel protein bar and i have got to say it really actually melts in your mouth its a small slice heaven and what a company to find their products are truly amazing i would think i could eat quite a few of these a day before i started dieting but i get to eat one a day thats the best bit. My wife ordered these and there was no problem with the delivery spot on thanks.

I am giving 1 star because the customer service I received was terrible. I emailed immediately after placing the order when I realized I had mistakenly ordered a 9-pack instead of a 24-pack.
​Sheena responded very quickly, but only to state that the order could not be canceled or updated under any circumstances. This policy is completely ridiculous and highly inconvenient. It feels like an excuse to ignore a legitimate customer request, especially when I contacted them immediately after placing the order.
​Instead of resolving the simple issue, the company is now wasting time and money by shipping the wrong item out, only for me to have to decline the delivery so it can be shipped right back for a refund. This is an inefficient process that could have been easily avoided if the staff, who clearly have control over the system (which appears to be Shopify-based), or the warehouse packing team, had been willing to fix the mistake.
​Due to this terrible customer service and frustrating policy, I am not going to even bother to reorder the with the changes I originally requested.

I never received my order and keep getting generic emails back from ‘Sheena’. She then claimed that my parcel had been sent and delivered but it hadn’t.
Sheena said contacting courier for delivery proof . After now reading other reviews not holding my breathe .

They only provided a refund after I said I would inform trading standards.

My parcel that they assured me was sent out never arrived.

I haven’t received my order . Also got reply to my email from a ‘ Sheena. ‘ Emailed Sheena again . She said logistics told her my order had got stuck? What does that even mean ?
Do not order from this company.
I told them I would be giving a bad review .
They didn’t care .

Not received my order yet. Ive sent many emails and some lady called Sheena replied once. But never followed up with a reason why the order is delayed. I wish I had read these reviews first before ordering. They’re all saying exactly the same thing. Bad service, no refund, no apology!

It's been over 3 weeks to deliver my order. Customer Service is limited to emails\bots!

I won't be using them again.

Never received my orders. The company refused to refund saying they had been shipped providing me with a fake DHL number. If you want to order Nick’s bars do it via Amazon or some other store. Directly from Nick’s does not work b

Received recommendation, unfortunately never will go through struggle again of trying to locate where my order at.

Second week still no goods or money refund received.

I hope this company will stay on it's own league and stop wasting everyone's time and distribute around their HQ as they can't manage else.

No problems at all. Ordered the advent calendar on a Monday and it arrived with me by the middle of the week.
Well packaged and arrived quickly

Bars were OK when eventually received my full order as I ordered 4 boxes of different bars and only 2 sent ! If this happens to you good luck trying to navigate "customer services" and get a response! And when I did they were not very apologetic like it was fault and an inconvenience to them or even a sorry here's a little discount code for your next order etc would've been nice.but that's not my job to train customer services 😉 😆

Placed an order MONTHS ago and still not received the goods. Customer service is appalling and apathetic at best. Items were showing as in stock when I placed my order but one went out of stock and has not been back in stock since - yet they have not shipped the other item, or offered a replacement/refund for the other - just happy to take my money and provide nothing in return.
